Wonderfully quiet and efficient dishwasher. The style and white color look perfect with my white wood cabinets. The only complaint is the small silverware basket, though there is space for another one.

This dishwasher is great. Have used it few weeks now. Really like the third rack. So quiet. Easy to use. Dishes come out sparkling clean. Like the crystal dry.

Having problems with drying items. They had a repairman out to adjust the drying time. We will see if that helps? the sales people need to be trained better on what they tell you. This product only comes with one solver basket. The sales person told me more than once it comes with 2. The sales person also told me more than once when checking on which dishwasher to buy, that it is the best drying dishwasher their is. There will nor be water on top of coffee cups or on plastic dishes. There are. Both repair men that had been out to the house said that there will be water on top of dishes with little indents on them, and plastics that have lips on them as well. My 19 year old whirlpool dishwasher cleaned as well and dried dishes the same at this Bosch. Even with rinsing the dishes one has come out dirty from the Bosch dishwasher. I am disappointed that all the things said, about it are not different than my old dishwasher. But it is tremendously quieter. It is so quiet you can hardly tell it is washing dishes. It is great with being the quiet dishwasher I have heard. which is great for us with the kitchen so close to the family room while watching TV. It does clean most of the ring out of coffee cups, but not all of the ring inside the cup. Really depends on what you are looking for in a dishwasher. I don't k ow if we have a lemon or if all of the Bosch are over rated and over priced? It is a good dishwasher, but it does not do what all I was told it would. My old dishwasher did as well but I did soak the dishes and used a scratch pad on the cups before putting them in my old dishwasher.

We couldn’t be happier with our Bosch 800 Series dishwasher. From the moment we started using it, it was clear that this machine is in a league of its own. It’s whisper-quiet — you genuinely have to check the lights to know it’s running! That alone makes it worth it, but the performance is where it really shines. Our dishes come out sparkling clean, even without pre-rinsing. The adjustable third rack is a huge plus, making it easy to fit silverware, cooking utensils, or those odd-shaped items that never seem to fit anywhere else. And with the flexible tines and spacious interior, we can load a full day’s worth of dishes — pots, pans, and all — without any issues. The drying power is also impressive, especially with the AutoAir feature that pops the door open at the end of the cycle. Everything, even plastics, comes out dry and ready to put away. We’ve owned other dishwashers in the past, but the Bosch 800 Series is on a whole different level — efficient, sleek, and built to last. It’s easily one of the best upgrades we’ve made to our home. Highly recommend!

Extremely quiet! Huge capacity. Love the second rack that lowers for tall items. Well designed. Dishes super clean and dry.

I like the third shelf for arranging silverware which seems to work better than the silverware buckets. The cycle is long at nearly 3 hours, but not really a big deal. It cleans better than my older Bosch. The WiFi connection is actually nice because it works with my Google Home devices and phone to alert me when it has finished running. The only thing I don't like about it is that the controls are on the top side of the door so that they are inaccessable unless it is open because it's hidden under the counter. It would be better if they were on the front.

Washes great! I can hardly hear it running. Racks are perfect.

We intitially purchased a 300 series, but it arrived with a bad motherboard, which in not going to lie, left me with a bad taste in my mouth. That being said, I am so glad we not only went with Bosch, but also went with the 800. This thing cleans beautifully and silently. We have no regrets on this choice. I will say unless you hit the drying feature they do come out wet, also do not get this unit unless you're on with it having a long cycle, like 2.5 hours long. Overall the quality is there and i would recommend it.

World much better than our old dishwasher, it's so quiet you can barely hear it. My family likes the 3rd rack feature and I like knowing when loads are finished with updates on my phone. I got a great open box deal on this unit and install was easy.

Have had this Bosch 800 dishwasher for about 2 years. It's super quiet, does an excellent job cleaning dishes and I've had no issues with it. It's a massive improvement over the Whirlpool dishwasher I used to own. I would definitely purchase a Bosch dishwasher again.

I replaced a very poor working dishwasher with this Bosch dispenser and I couldn’t be more happy. Installation was a breeze with Best Buy! This Bosch unit cleans and dries my dishes like a dream. I’ve had zero issues since purchasing this dishwasher. Lots of options, ease of use, and so quiet! I have to touch the door to tell if it’s on or not! Highly recommend this Bosch dishwasher.

Love the 800 series. Washes great as expected. Easy to move tines which is helpful for loading. Plus, it’s very quiet. This is my 2nd Bosch dishwasher; had the 300 series which is different now than when we bought it. We moved so we upgraded to the 800 series which is a nice upgrade.

My previous dishwasher was a 2 year old Whirlpool that came with our new house. At 50 dBA both my husband and I felt it was way too noisy. It also didn’t have a third shelf and was the wrong color. I shopped at the BestBuy Marysville, WA Store with excellent Customer Service. I thought I’d splurge on a new dishwasher made by Bosch. Bosch seems to occupy several top spots in Consumer Reports. I ended up buying this model. **Positives: The white color matches my white kitchen cabinets really well. The door is staying clean, no fingerprints. The third shelf is well designed and much appreciated. * Loading: For the first time in decades I’m stumped. Even after watching the video from the company I’m still having problems loading this thing. It’s the most awkward arrangement of tines I’ve ever come across. I have to load and reload…. and load and reload! Who ever came up with this array needs lessons in practicality. * Cleaning: dishes come out very clean, but not as clean as Bosch would like you to believe. Occasionally there’s a bit stuck to my cereal bowl and also a bit of egg yolk on the plate. That’s not a big deal and easy enough to fix. I continue to pre-rinse. Amazingly enough I find the short 60 min cycle to be as efficient as the much longer cycles. No need to overdo it! * Noise: Previous reviewers mentioned how quiet this dishwasher is at 42 dBA. I however, can hear this dishwasher across the room. It’s quieter than the Whirlpool I owned before, but not by much. I’ve owned other brands in the past that were quieter than this Bosch. Big disappointment! * Drying: When the cycle is done (any cycle) the dishes are not dry, and the inside of the door is still sopping wet. I then open up the dishwasher, shake all the water off the plastics, wipe down the edges of the rails, wipe down the door, and then prop the door open with a long rubber spoon. The reason I have to prop the door open to let steam escape is because the door stays in 2 positions only: wide open, or shut. If you try to stop anywhere in between, the door will snap shut. Generally the dishes are pretty dry 30 minutes after I prop the door open. * Wi-Fi: if you want to connect to Wifi you need to first download the HomeConnect app. If you plan on doing that, please read the “Data protection and privacy Information“ chapter very very carefully. You have to “volunteer” an awful lot of your private info in order to run this app. It definitely isn’t worth the convenience you get by using wifi. This isn’t just disappointing, it’s appalling. I deleted the app, I never connected it. I feel so ripped off! I feel a customer should be able to run an app without info being collected about how you use the dishwasher, how hard your water is, how often you use the cycles, etc etc. Providing all that info should be optional, not mandatory! **Final words: The rating I am giving this is 2.5. All in all I consider this dishwasher to be an engineering design failure. It takes much more time to load than any other dishwasher I’ve owned. Drying is so mediocre that it takes a medium size dish drying cloth to sop up the leftover water. Since I value my privacy I can’t run the WiFi option. The negatives outweigh the positives, and therefore I can’t recommend this dishwasher.

This dishwasher is the best I’ve ever had. It does an incredible job cleaning the dishes. Some have mentioned a chemical smell and I’ve noticed it too, but I am sure it will go away with time. Replaced a Samsung that was terrible.

I love how quiet this dishwasher is. I also like the light on the pocket area which tells me it is on, otherwise I wouldn’t know. Adjustable shelves are great. Wine glasses are spotless when done. I haven’t connected to wi-fi yet, but my son also has a Bosch. He states it is great for stating when filter needs cleaned and more jet dry is needed. Highly recommend!!!

After a year of use, I have to say, its a great dishwasher. A little noisier than i expected but still a lot quieter than my previous one. It really cleans everything well, and dries very well. Very satisfied with my purchase,

I absolutely love this dishwasher. It is so quiet that you do not know it is running until you can hear the water draining under the sink. I love the silverware rack at the top. You can get so many pieces in there. The other two racks are designed well. It just holds so many dishes and it gets them perfectly clean and it is so quiet. The guys who delivered it did a fantastic job, and were so helpful and nice.

So glad I went with this model! I was torn between a few different brands and models and ultimately ended up with the 800 series. BEST dishwasher I’ve ever used. Dries perfect and runs absolutely silent. 10/10 recommend.
