Works great and is super quiet! You only know it's on because of the red light that shines on the ground. Cleans well and looks great in the kitchen. Is pricier than other dishwashers, but you get what you pay for. The towel bar is an added plus. Highly recommend!

First machine delivered failed to go through full cycle. Was replaced by Best Buy immediately without any hassle. Now working perfectly. The proof will of course be in the longevity, which makes initial reviews of limited value. But so far A+.

This machine works very well but drying times could be improved, however the overall cleaning and quietness of the machine makes up for the drying time.

I truly didn't know there was a real difference in dishwashers till now. We love the third rack, all the options and how great it cleans. We also love how quiet it is. Thankfully the light lets us know when it is on, or we wouldn't know. Best Buy was also great to work with.

Went my husband was researching dishwashers for me, he was told that the Bosch dishwashers are among the best out there. So I had originally wanted the 800 series with the indented handle, but the store was out of them and we didn't want to wait for it to come in. The salesperson had the bar handle one in stock there at the store. Our saleslady was AWESOME! The dishwasher is SO wonderfully quiet. Have had it a month, and knock wood, so far no problems. When the Geek squad gentleman came to install it he gave me a couple of great tips. He said him and his wife have the exact same dishwasher - he said lay the detergent pod on the bottom of the dishwasher for the cycle and to keep the door propped open when it's on the drying cycle. Both of these tips are working out!! I highly recommend the Bosch line to whomever is looking for a great dishwasher!

I liked the Bosch dishwasher that I installed in my Florida home, that I purchased another one for my home in Pennsylvania. Extremely quiet. This model uses less water than my other one. Love the third rack for steak knives and some other small items. Also, no dishwasher that I know of can be designed better than this. I can put so many more dishes in this than the KitchenAide that it replaced.

I am replacing a GE Profile and after many years of good use, I decided to try Bosch. Very happy with the purchase and my only complaint is the rinse aid has no indicator to tell me what level it is only when to add. Other than that, best dishwasher I've ever owned and we have owned many many many of them.

Love the 3rd rank. Cleans everything so good! A bit a learning curve to learn the controls. I moved and had to leave it behind. I'm ordering a new one for my new house.

So quiet! And such clean dishes! Love the third rack, too. I'm still learning the best way to load the variety of dishes and beverage holders we use, but it's fun experimenting. Also, it looks great in our kitchen.

My first time to own a Bosch anything. When I first tested out this dishwasher I thought it wasn't working. It is crazy quiet. I've never seen anything like it. I figured out that it is working when a red light is on steadily that hits my floor. The dishes come out spotlessly clean. It also has a button for extra drying. It surprised me how dry the dishes were. Very happy with this dishwasher.

I replaced an 8 year old LG dishwasher with this Bosch model. The LG did an ok job with cleaning but the door spring had broken and we usually struggled with loading the dishes and small items due to the layout of the racks. We immediately noticed a big improvement in the rack design and especially the 3rd rack which is used for flatware and small items. It is so much easier to load and unload this dishwasher and it does a great job washing the dishes. My LG had the same type of drying system so I was used to not having a heating element. I usually select the extra dry option and have had no problems with the dishes not drying. We have had this dishwasher about a month now and so far are very happy with the purchase and the Best Buy installation services.

Quite, and cleans the dishes better than any thing we had before

We have had the dishwasher for three months now. It operates quietly as everyone says. We like the adjustable shelf although when all the way down you cannot have larger pots and pans on bottom. The control buttons are poorly designed. The text rubs off when wet, which they are bound to become in a kitchen. After three months we can no longer read on/off and start button. Others are starting to wear off too. The buttons also are very sensitive so delay option often gets turned on 'by itself'. I suggest looking for a different model without the handle and hidden touch buttons.

Dish washing is good and the operation is extremely quiet. I can see why Bosch added the red light to show its operating. The only criticism I have is that the rack layout is a little strange - spacing is tight and more for dishes that are thin, like bone china. My earthenware pottery dishes are rather thick so I need to leave an additional space between the dishes to ensure water flows between them. This cuts down on the load amount of dishes I can wash at a time. The third rack is a handy device and we now use that for our flatware instead of the basket. The basket is rather large and unwieldy anyways. If it weren't so quiet, I'd give it 4 stars but the quiet allows me to sleep even during its operations.

I have been using cheap Whirlpool dishwashers for the past 13 years. They work fine, but are loud. This dishwasher is so quiet that I forget it is on and open it up to put more dishes in it. There is a light to indicate if the dishwasher is running, but I don't always catch that. Having a quiet dishwasher is really nice as our main TV room is adjacent to the kitchen and our old dishwashers used to be a nuisance. This dishwasher cleans really well. The storage features are really nice. You can fold down some of the tines on the middle shelf and the top drawer is nicely customizeable. I don't have any complaints about the dishwasher. In fact, my family likes it so much that my parents and my brother both bought the same thing.
