This isn't a bad dishwasher, but a few gripes: - the door spring isn't adjustable to accommodate different weight door panels. I had to add a 5 pound lead sheet to the door to balance it. Plus the hinge has a lot of friction, so it takes effort to both open and close it. My Miele had an adjustable spring, and it would balance in any position and open/close easily. - plastic items stay wet after it runs. And the upper racks are plastic, and are dripping wet so they get water all over the lower racks when you slide them open. - seems a bit wider than standard. We had to remove some cabinet trim to get this dishwasher to fit. - the middle rack doesn't seem set up for cereal bowls, tupperware and other mid-sized containers. It's like it was only designed for cups / glasses (tines are too tall, bottom is tilted). The bottom rack fills up with plates and cookware, so there's no room there either. - takes 2 buttons to start it, and you have to hit a button to turn it off after it's done or it will beep at you. - this dishwasher is quiet, and cleans pretty well, so it does it's job. The third rack is useful and I prefer it over the silverware basket. It's just got some annoyances.

Our previous Bosch dishwasher lasted over ten years, and we have had many others prior to that. This one we just bought is the best one we have ever owned. It is unbelievably quiet, the instruction manual is very clear, and the dishes are washed absolutely spotlessly every single time. I am honestly totally amazed at what an exceptional machine this truly is. We have hard water so I bought the recommended dishwasher salt, and we are also using the recommended dishwasher finishing rinse and soap. Bosch has done it again by creating this strong product, showing a clear uptrend and advancements in their approach to constructing.

This was a replacement for another Bosch dishwasher. We had been happy with the quality of Bosch and felt comfortable getting essentially the same machine. This one is even quieter and I like the extra top rack for larger serving utensils and it also has a larger cutlery basket which serves our needs. Install was easy, including swapping the cabinet front from the old machine to the new and Best Buy covered the install cost. Price was competitive with other retailers.

Super quiet!!! Does a great job with the dishes, only complaint is the way these new trays make u load ur dishes I feel like u can’t put as much in them! But other then that love it. Got the in-laws one 2.

Bosch make a good product, but the quality of this product is suspect in that the last dishwasher was only 5 years old and needing replacement far earlier than it ought to. In talking with the installer who works on the various models, there is no great product out there. Even top names like Sub-Zero, Miela, Asko, and Thermador all make okay machines all built to last a short time on purpose. This to have you buy more often. This was not so 20 years ago, but a reality today. This based of the word of the installer who has been in the business many years. Have the same problem with my coffee maker lasting 12 to 18 months, finally bought a professional brand by Curtis that you would see in a deli.

My panel was very easy to install. Looks beautiful. It was so quiet on the first run that I thought it was broken. (It was not.). I only knew it was running because a red light shines on the floor during a cycle.

Does a great job on all the dishes. Love the top silverware tray. Extremely quiet. Easy to use. We were concerned about the drying but it does a real good job.

Quiet as a whisper when it is running. Geek squad installer was extremely proficient and accommodating. We are waiting our matching cabinet front. You should get the template for the cabinet front ahead of time so you can get the front panel fabricated before the installers show up. You will also need this template for the cabinet maker.

makes no noise and easy to use, in fact we can not even tell if it is on it is so quite ha-ha. Plenty of interior room for dishes and solid case

This is my second Bosch. The first lasted over 15 years of pretty hard use which was great. Happy to have new Bosch now!

My 14 year old Bosch finely quit, and replaced it with this new model. It is very quiet on the plus side. On the down side is the configuration of the racks and the way they feel more flimsy than the old models. The second rack has strange "added" features that I find useless and take up space. Also my wine glasses do not fit in the space for glass ware so I would have to remove the top rack to use it for wine glasses. There is a third top skinny rack for utensils but you forget they are there when putting away dishes!! :0

Still figuring out how to load the new DW based on having an older version for 10 years; that said the dishwasher is very quiet, has three racks - still on the fence about the upper 3rd rack...

This dishwasher was highly recommended by our kitchen remodeler. It will be easy to blend it into our 18th century home. Besides that is a very quiet model with lots of features.

Does all it promises, especially the quietness which was super important to me
