I read many good things about this product but it has passed all expectations. Cleans wonderfully and is so quiet! I am very glad I got the controls on the front rather than the top so I can see a clear indication when it is done. Worth the cost and the Best Buy price match saved me right at the store.

Easy to load. The third shelf is great, Dishes always get vey clean.

Researched several dishwasher brand and selection the Bosch 800 series. There was concern regarding whether this would fit into our opening based on height. It slid in easily. Still getting the hang of loading it based on all the slanted tines. As getting used to the 3rd rack as we sometimes forget we put anything there. Cleans much better than our older Kenmore. Crystal dry cycle works well even on plastics as long as you use a rinse agent. Very pleased I made this choice.

Perfectly clean dishes, glasses are spotless and dry. I don’t understand some of the reviews which state that there is an odor from the dishwasher, not an issue with my washer. This washer is extremely quiet.

This dishwasher is fantastic. It is replacing our first Bosch dishwasher and it works as good as I expected. We had our previous one for 20 years and it was only getting loud when we first started it otherwise it still worked great. I fully expect this one to be just as great. Bosch products are typically expensive but worth every penny when you compare to the other brands. All our kitchen appliances are Bosch !!

Really like the product. Much quieter than the prior dishwasher. Like the silverware tray at the top. Generally gets dishes much cleaner. Would highly recommend this product anyone.

This an expensive dish washer. I am happy with the dish washer No Noise Cleaning the dishes very well Glasses are sparkling I would recommend this dish washer if budget allows Nisheeth

We finally exchanged our 23 old, contractor grade Kenmore and upgraded to Bosch. The only sound you notice is when the water drains (the dishwasher can't help how water sounds in the pipes outside of the machine). Otherwise, if you really listen, you can barely hear it running. My only wish is that they had laid out the top (technically middle) rack better. Two of the rows are two narrow for normal size glasses. And although one of those rows can be gotten rid of by dropping a line of the rack, then you have 2 rows of extra wide space. But this is minor inconvenience. The hardest part of owning this machine is training myself to NOT rinse dishes clean. They need to go in dirty so the sensor senses the food particles to keep the wash cycle going long enough to clean your dishes.

Very happy with my new dishwasher, cleans great, very quiet, still learning best way to load a 3 rack system. The installation went well, would recommend Arnold my installer as well

Very quiet. Good quality. This is my second Bosch dishwasher. Someone commented that Front Control is not safe for homes with small kids. There is a lock to prevent the little ones from messing with the machine.

Crystal dry feature is wonderful! Bosch is the only dishwasher we will use. The drying feature and quiet wash make it the perfect dishwasher!

The dishwasher works very well and is super quiet. The CrystalDry technology is fine, though not completely dry especially in the top rack. It would be ideal if they combine AutoairDry and CrystalDry.

This dishwasher replaced a Bosch 500 series model and has performed as advertised. Dishes and silverware come out clean and dry, including plastics and is very quiet.

After using so many brands I can tell you that's the best one. Dishes coming out very clean, dishwasher is unbelievable quiet.Little bit pricey but it's worth it.

Very nice dishwasher - quiet, good messages on the front, can't accidentally change the settings, easy to clean filter inside, can add different amounts of soap because marking in soap holder.

I looked for a new dishwasher for quite some time as there were certain features I wanted. The first feature that was important was the front facing controls. I did not want them on the top so when the dishwasher was closed you could not see them. The next feature was the noise level. The third feature was the 3rd rack. This Bosch has all the features that I wanted. It was easily installed as well by our plumber. We have an open concept home so the noise level was important and when it is running we cannot hear it at all!

I bought this dishwasher hoping (without much hope) that it would be as good as the old one it replaced, because that one was excellent. While you can definitely feel some places where they've done some "cost engineering" (ie made it cheaper) like the weight of the door, this dishwasher is in fact BETTER than the old one for cleaning and especially drying. The Crystal Dry technology works - it's not a come-on. A friend of mine confirmed that she uses the same product in Crystal Dry in their engineering lab for reducing moisture. They've improved the layout of the spray arms as well. Hoping for many happy years together.

Loving how quiet it is while operating. Much better than the (other brand) one we replaced. Also, when it's done everything is dry. No remnants of water on anything.

It is quiet, and does a great job washing the dishes, We do the dishes at night and they are dry when we take them out.
