Worked great for almost 2 months, then today after running it, I found a large piece of it sitting on the bottom rack (see pic). It’s ridiculous for an appliance of this price and supposed quality to have a part like that break of during a wash cycle. Loaded it with standard dishes, bowls and silverware. Gonna have to contact Best Buy to hopefully fix it. Will probably return it and buy another brand. If this happened so soon after purchase, I don’t think I want to keep it because who knows what will happen further down the line. When it did work, it was the best dishwasher I’ve ever owned. Now, it’s useless.

My wife loves We replaced a KitchenAid with this Bosch. It looks nice! It matches the Bosch 500 Series fridge, and the Bosch 800 range which we purchased at the same time. The exterior handle is better than the recessed handle model that costs a bit less. It does a nice job of cleaning the dishes. It is super quiet. It's reasonably good quality. Not as good as the KitchenAid we replaced with more rugged, stainless drawer slides (which we paid extra for on the KitchenAid). It has 3 drawers, the top drawer is designed to mainly hold silverware. The KitchenAid top drawer was designed a bit better. The Bosch top drawer works well if you have the patience to put all the silverware neatly into the slots. But I don't, and neither does my wife. So, she/we use the silverware buckets instead. It was more complex to install.

I replaced a GE Profile dishwasher that was only 5 years old and continued to have issues. The interior of the Bosch is significantly smaller in comparison; however, it does a 10-fold better job at cleaning the dishes and drying them. I desire cleaner dishes more than additional space. Dishwasher is quiet, looks very streamline. The red light that illuminates when washing is awesome but wish it turned green when done. My only complaint is that you can not put a 13x9 Pyrex dish upright. Bosch could easily fix that by removing the left row of separators to allow for a bigger dish; which is why my assessment of the dishwasher is "almost perfect". Time will tell if it will last but looking forward to many a clean dish!

Overall the dishwasher is a good one. It is very very quiet. Compared to my old Maytag...I prefer the Maytag. But as we all know the Maytags have declined in quality. The Maytag fit more items in it. The Bosch very top rack for large utensils does not clean them very well. It is hit or miss. The silverware cubicle sides need to be taller so items do not have to go into the top rack. There is never any dishwasher tabs that did not get dispensed. There is a light on the floor to let you know it is not done. Water is left on some items, so I will have to enable the extra dry feature.

I love our second Bosch Dishwasher. It is so quiet that there is a little light that shines on the floor to let you know that it is running, The third top shelf is great for silverware or smaller items. The crystal dry feature makes the dishes completely dry at the end of the cycle. The only thing that I miss is my old silverware container that was rectangular instead of square. I hope that this one lasts 15 years like my last one.

After years of buying dishwashers that fail after a couple of years, I decided to take the advise of others and purchase a Bosch. We love this smart dishwasher. It has plenty of features, including a salt tank to improve the wash and leave everything spot free. I also use the remote start feature and delay start to help with the electric bill. However, the best feature is how quiet it is. It's nearly silent as it cleans my dirty dishes. I installed it myself, which was straight-forward with easy to follow instructions. Of course, I only glanced at the instructions but the seemed to be easy to follow.

This dishwasher is as advertised. It is very quiet and cleans the dishes really well. If you’re not a manual reader, you may struggle a bit when first getting acquainted with the dishwasher. Having said that, the manual could be improved, but Bosch customer service responds to emails in a timely manner. Best Buy associates were very knowledgeable. This has been a wonderful experience so far!

When the old dishwasher that came with our house finally failed, I was told by everyone to get a Bosch. I wasn't excited to spend the extra cash, but hoped it would be worth it. We've had this machine for 6 months so far, and its been awesome! The cleaning quality is top notch, it dries well, and is so quiet that you have to listen closely to tell if its running when standing right next to it! Our old machine could be heard from the living room so this was great for me. The only thing I would say to consider before purchasing is whether you really need the 3rd rack on top for utensils. I thought it would be cool, but really never use it. I don't think I lost much space, maybe a little headroom on the middle rack. But all in all, would recommend either way!

I love this machine! Its quiet (I hardly know its running when I'm standing nearby). It cleans, even dried, hard food. It dries well, but you have to use the Finish (brand) drying agent and it does best if you allow the machine to cool completely before opening the door. Some remarked about the odor. I smell what they are referring to, but the order is waning with use. Not a deal breaker for me since everything else is superb!

The Bosch - 800 Series 24” Top Control is a very high quality dishwasher. Raised panel oak door attached easily and looks great. Dishes come out squeaky clean. Love the smart phone interface. When running it is extremely quiet.

As so many have said and is worth repeating, it is amazing how quiet this dishwasher is. The 3rd rack for silverware is nice, allows removal of the silverware basket which allows for my dishes. My previous 2 rack dishwasher would run every 2 days, this one is every 3 days. The bottom rack is nice and tall for extra tall plates, pots, etc. Our water is soft enough that I do not use the water softener salt function.

Great dishwasher! Super-quiet, excellent cleaning, large capacity. Was a little complicated to install due to the construction - the dimensions overall are as expected, but the sides are solid, so you'll need the full width all the way up to the top. This requires more space than most dishwashers that have soft sides - check your cabinet construction carefully. Definitely reduces noise, but can be a tricky retrofit.

Bought this newest model after getting 20 years of service form our last Bosch dishwasher! Even more quiet than than the last and cleans very well. Touch control buttons on top of door are hard to identify and miss the front status display from the old model. Install was problematic with plumbers helper breaking a cabinet door.

It’s very quiet and the third rack gives a lot of flexibility. It has a water softener so you don’t get water spots on your glasses. I bought it because all my friends recommended it and they weren’t wrong. Like most dishwashers, the cycle times are long.

The dishwasher works great! It runs quietly and cleans our dishes thoroughly. The panel was easy to install myself and looks sleek in our kitchen

It washes things great. The app feature is wasy to set for a delayed start accomodating peak pricing electricity. Water softener is good w hard water. Dishes are dry when cycle is done. It’s quiet too but that wasnt my main desire.

I had always heard about Bosch dishwashers and as soon as our 5 year old dishwasher broke, I looked to only Bosch. The dishwasher is so quiet you need to check the red operating light on the floor. It also cleans dishes to a spotless shine, when the old dishwasher would leave residue. The dishwasher uses special salt to soften the water and also the standard rinse aid. It also has a proprietary drying system that is patented. This leaves even all the kids plastic cups and dishes dry when we were used to wet dishes. The app control is also pretty nice.

Very quiet and efficient. I just started using it so am not sure of the full cleaning capabilities yet. One thing I do no like is the door will not stay open and it slams shut if you release it. I would prefer the door stay open and have to be lifted to close.

Over my time as a homecook, I have purchased many different brands of dishwashers. For the following reasons my new Bosch 800 is better than the rest: 1. I can barely hear it working. 2. The quick wash cycle (1/2 hr) allows me to cook and wash dishes quickly between recipes. 3. My glass wear and pots and pans come out spot free. 4. I am very pleased I made this purchase as it makes my time in the kitchen pleasant and efficient!
