The dishwasher is okay. I am disappointed with the configuration as it’s awkward for long stemmed wine glasses and I’ve also had to dry some cups&glasses. It is however very quiet. The rating would be a 4 but the operating manual is not user friendly. The directions to access the basic settings is very misleading. Nowhere does it say to use the express button. It would also be helpful if it explained which cycles the option settings work with. It appears to be trial and error. The Customer Service people do not seem to know and they vary between being really good and not interested. I am waiting for a response from an agent who was good that contacted her team leader to help answer the option question. I don’t think it lives up to its hype as I expected more from Bosch.

The dishwasher replaced a unit from a different brand that had a main board that went dead after two years so I thought it was time to step up. This unit cleans so much cleaner than the other brand we just had. Looks sleek and has a light that stays on when in use that shines on the ground in front of the unit. Happy with the unit thus far!

I love my new Bosch dishwasher! It does a great job cleaning the dishes, & can barely hear it running even when I try. I don't have a problem with the >2 hrs runtime, particularly since I generally use the delay feature & run it at night. I find there is loads of room inside. Also, I appreciate the salesman Dave for his help!

I am very well pleased with my Bosch 800 series dishwasher ! It is so quite you can barley hear it running and after your dishes are done and you open the door there is not a drop of water to be found. The dishes, silver ware and pots and pans are all cleaned to perfection I would highly recommend the Bosch 800 series dishwasher !!!

Just replaced out whirlpool dishwasher after 4 years. We have used it couple of times now, and every time we used, dishes came out warm and spotless. The crystal dry is actually crystal dry. It's unbelievably good. It's very silent and it's pretty cool with the new feature that would let us remote start the dishwasher, through the homeconnect app. With many features such as extra scrub, extra dry, remote start, delay start, it definitely trumps the previous whirlpool dishwasher we had. Definitely recommend.

Quiet, sleek looking, cleans well. We had a 2002 Bosch that just died (pump went and the dish holder had started to rust where some plastic had come off the bars), so I thought it was time for a new one. I've had it for a couple of months now, it has more space and we can fit more dishes, etc. on the three shelves. I hope if lasts as long as the last one!

I love this dishwasher! I’ve considered Bosch for a long time. When old whirlpool died I decided to go for it. So glad I did. My old one wasn’t cleaning well at all, now that I have a comparison. I love the silverware on the top 3rd shelf. It’s easier to load, unload, and cleans so much better because they don’t get clumped together. Still learning the best way to load my dishes and pans. Delivery and installation through Best Buy was excellent.

Replaced our last Bosch after 20 years. The new dishwasher is great. Very quiet and dishes come out nice and clean. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that there is no “clean” light indicator. There is a red light showing that it is running. Would be great if the light turned green when it finished and stayed that way until the door was opened.

Easy to install. Easy to use. So quiet and makes my dishes so much cleaner than what I had before!

It has been a bit out of our expected price range. However, my wife wanted so much so we decided to try our luck. We did not miss. It is more than we expected it to be. Cleaning very well, quiet as a fly in a room. So, if you see a discount which is very rare go a buy it if not then anyway buy it, you won’t regret.

So far, this dishwasher works very well. We have run two loads and the dishes come out clean, and the dishwasher itself is stunningly quiet. The “smart” features seem finicky — the app loses connection to the dishwasher and have to add it again often, but I don’t think smart functions are strictly necessary anyway.

Amazing dishwasher! After doing reviews we decided on this Bosch and even the guy installing it said that Bosch dishwashers are top of line and work great. Very impressed with how quiet they are and how clean they get the dishes.

Wow! This new Bosch from BestBuy is super quiet and gets all my dishes spotless with zero rinsing before I put them in. Only mostly using the "express" 30min cycle and I am delighted with clean spotless dishes, glasses and silverware. This one replaced a 10-year old unit f a different brand that began to have water leak issues.

This thing is just awesome... so quiet. I had some sort of "normal" dishwasher before, and it made the normal amount of noise. I had no idea dishwashers could be so quiet. Also, I was quite impressed with myself, because I was able to install this thing myself... note if you do the install, and you are replacing a "normal" other brand of dishwasher, you do have to buy the Bosch electrical junction box kit. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to install this dishwasher, instructions were easy to follow. I did have to cut some bigger holes in my cabinet to pull through the equipment on this, compared to my old dishwasher... but not a huge deal.

I love how quiet this thing is and integrated appliances are definitely the way to go. For the price, I am not super thriller about the racks and how there is no flexibility in how to organize them. Feels dated in terms of how the racks are laid out

Bought this model to replace an 11+ year old Bosch. It is extremely quiet as promised and does a good job cleaning the dishes. But will it last 11 years like my previous dishwasher (or even 5 years)? That is the test.

This dishwasher is amazing. It cleans the dishes great without prewashing them. I love the top silverware tray which frees up extra space on the bottom rack. It is also super quite and the only way to tell if it is running is the red light that shines on the floor. The racks are fully adjustable too. So far it has been a great purchase.

This dishwasher is a dream. Doesn't make a sound. Only know when it has finished the cycle when the red light on the floor is off. I love the three shelves. Since I am 75 years old, the best feature for me is the cutlery shelf on top. I do not have to bend or stoop to get my cutlery out of the machine.

It runs super quietly!!! With only 2 people in the household dirty dishes will sit in the dishwasher for a few days before cleaning. We left sticky food, and dried egg on the dishes. THEY CAME OUT CLEAN!!! Yay!

Great dishwasher. So quiet you sometimes don't know it's running, but thanks to the red light indicator it's no problem. Dishes come out bone dry, sometimes there is some water on cups with indents, but I don't think there is any dishwasher that can handle that fully, this is as close as it gets. Highly recommend.
