Delivery was horrible. Wattage was lacking for such an expensive mic. Clock will not stay bright

Bosch should go out of business

My wall oven/microwave combo has been broken for over a month. It is 5 years old and the oven is used lightly maybe 2-3 times per week. I got an error code that the temperature could not be sensed, and it locked the oven door. I have had the authorized repair person come to my house 3 times already, once per week. He mentioned having to break the glass of the oven door to open it. He verbally told my husband over 1K in parts alone with no guarantee of being fixed.
I have called Bosch to explain the situation 2 times already. The second time I called about the authorized repair man who had no business card or formal estimate. Both times they told me I could not speak to a manager. The second person told me he's not allowed to pass to a manager for any reason. Can you imagine? I am forced to wait days between hearing from them. This has been going on a month already with no end in sight.
Its definitely not a company I want to deal with again. I will probably be buying a new oven and I for sure will never buy Bosch again.

expensive. microwave was repaired once in warranty and twice more out of warranty. microwave now inop - less than 8 years old. combined unit height is specific to bosch so that replacing this garbage means a minor remodel or going with another bosch. Remodel it is. Junk.
