Recently we smelled gas in the kitchen and I needed something 36 inches long. We needed to make the width bigger and the operation is a success. The induction cook top works as efficiently as gas. The iron is hot right away and dialing the heat down from 9 to low is fast also. Sometime I now need to redo the counter top and backsplash.

Best cooktop ever
