I'm happy with this purchase. The price was right and does a great job cleaning. I got the black and like the matted finished. Doesn't show finger prints, dirt etc. and cleans up with glass cleaner. I like how quite it is. i like how big the utensil rack is, holds a lot. The only issue I have is that I can't fit as much as my 20 yr old model which has adjustable pieces to flip up and down when I have large bowls. Some of my plastic containers were damaged so you have to make sure it's dishwasher safe.

The first one they installed had a door that would not stay closed. Best Buy did very good for me, they quickly replaced the first one with one that works great. It is very quiet and does a great job of cleaning dishes.

Bosch is a great brand and at first I didn't know if I was going to spend the extra money. But, at Best Buy's July 4th sale they had the installation included and a great price making it just a little more expensive than the competitor's. This dishwasher replaced a 18 year old Bosch. So, you don't need to sell me on the brand. This one is amazingly quiet and doesn't create the heat of my last one. This causes a lot less energy to be used. They call it a convection drying dishwasher. I could not be happier with my new Bosch or Best Buy on this purchase!

Does a very good job of cleaning all types of dishes and cookware. Super quiet. A little tricky loading stemware, but otherwise very roomy.

Just built a new kitchen and made the mistake of putting the old dishwasher in it. Loud and leaks around the door seal though I thought I fixed that. Finally replaced with a Bosch Acentia 24 and what a difference! So quiet and no more leaking issues. And I have read reviews about the rack design being less then favorable, but I am very satisfied,

except the unit in the store had a different rack than the one delivered which was disappointing. Also, the controls are just so so. But I must say it is very quiet and the dishes are clean.

It is extremely quiet but somewhat awkward to load. Also does not dry the tops of the glasses and cups. It does a superb job of washing the dishes.

This dishwasher is very quiet. Cleans the dishes very well and has plenty of room.

We were looking for a reasonably priced dishwasher that was quiet, and we got it from this one. Also, wanted tall cups and large items to fit, and they do. Overall, a nice purchase!

Quietest dishwasher ever! The first time I used it, I thought it didn't turn on. Love the stainless steel interior and the layout inside allows for maximum usuage. I choose the new black front with silver trim and it fits in with my other appliances beautifully. The dishwasher was on sale, offered free hook up, free delivery and free take away of old machine. This saved me a lot of money.

Washer is quite and it gets the job done. However, anything plastic does not completely dry after its cycle... Kind of annoying that you have to select sanitize option to get dishes completely dry. Overall decent washer for its price

The entire tub is not stainless steel however the performance is superb. Very quiet and energy efficient.

The free installation really sold me on this product. Would be 5 stars but the door is a little firm when opening and closing and always tries to spring back closed. BUT, my dishes are cleaner than ever!

Well it was everything I wanted it to be and more. Very quiet, so quiet I didnt know it was on. Clean quality is great! But you must use a rinse agent for the drying to be great that is the only negative. Other than that it looks great, it works well, the space for dishes is excellent, and so are the attachments great job. I see why they are the leading manufacturers of appliances. . In love with my dishwasher!

We bought this dishwasher about three months ago and have been noting but pleased with it. The dishes come out crystal clean and it does not hold a smell like the typical plastic tub washers. It is very quiet to the point that you do not know that it is operating. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone!

It is very quiet, does a nice job, is nice looking. The only thing I don't like is that there is no rinse and hold cycle.

I purchased this dishwasher because we have an open concept home and didn't want to hear the dishwasher as it ran. My husband was a bit skeptical, but the dishwasher has proven quiet. Our dishes come out clean and dry, unlike our old dishwasher. Overall we are very happy with this purchase.

We were able to but this new Bosch dishwasher as an open box item for $200! I was super excited to be able to get this kind of a deal that I took the sale tag with me throughout the store as we came there for a washer. The dishwasher is working well now. It is a bit smaller than our other one was (Maytag). It took some getting used to and playing with the settings to get it to dry correctly. We experienced a whole ordeal with the Best Buy delivery team that is unrelated to the actual product. My advice on that is to make sure they understand the expectations for installation....
