i admit, the dishwasher i replaced was a 30 year old whirlpool. it still worked but was literally falling apart. i am thrilled that it no longer sounds like i am washing a rock collection. any thing on the market now would be quiet in comparison. that said however, it is quiet. sounds like the faucet is left on "trickle". there are five wash modes. other for sale in the price range have more. thats the reason for the middle score on features. but auto is all i ever use anyway. also, this is simple to use, one button turns it on, one button to start it. this dishwasher is everything i need and it works well. i am completely satisfied. the one niggle is that the bottom rack will derail if the door is not 100% open, or if you are too aggressive in you're dish removal. not a real problem, but annoying, as it is not very easy to re-rail.

I recently purchased this as my previous dishwasher quit working and couldn't be fixed. Upon reading the directions for this new washer it became extraordinarily confusing giving many different steps for using it in a complicated order. It is very complicated to use and difficult to determine when it is completely done with the dishes. The racks are difficult to use because there are weird hooked plastic tines that make it difficult to load especially on the bottom and I have a bad back and neck and that makes it miserable to load. Also the bottom rack easily comes off the runner and that makes it miserable. It is very small and that is also disappointing when I have a lot of dishes to load. It does a great job cleaning the dishes once you can figure out how to use it.

The dishwasher is very quite and does a great job cleaning the.dishes. With this machine you can put plastic on the bottom. Rinceaid is important for not only sparking clean dishes but for faster drying.. Reading the manual helps answer a lot of questions we had.

We basically like the Bosch dishwasher. It runs a lot quieter than our previous one. So far it washes great and leaves the dishes looking shiny. The only thing we have a hard time with are the baskets. They are hard to fit the dishes in. The bottom rack needs to have folding racks so pots and pans can be loaded easier. At this time that is the most significant dislike we have.

I chose Bosch because it got the best consumer ratings. I am not disappointed. I love the dishwasher - it works great. It is quiet (at least compared to my old one), and so far, the dishes come out sparkling clean. I am using the rinse-aid and detergent recommended by the manufacturer. My only complaint is that the bottom rack does not accommodate pots and pans very well.

Despite being at the low end of an excellent dishwasher brand, this model performs at a level worthy of its brand reputation. It cleans well, is unbelievably quiet, is easy to load (especially lower rack), and has clear indicators. The unit works most effectively when a drying agent is used with the detergent. If we'd wanted to spend more, the one feature I'd add is "rinse-hold" -- this model isn't programmed to perform that function.

Our Bosch dishwasher has some of the best reviews from Consumer Reports, and it lives up to its name. Easy to use, economical to run. The best dishwasher buy for the money.

The dishwasher is highly rated and very reasonably priced. We are able to watch TV when it's on because it is so quiet. We waited to go to bed before we started our old one because it was so noisy. There is a few second delay when you press buttons. My husband still insists on rinsing the dishes but it's not necessary because it has a trap that collects any food particles. The rack design could be a lot better. It doesn't hold as many dishes and our bowls don't fit. There isn't a heat option because it's able to dry the dishes without it. You need to leave them in the dishwasher longer so they dry, use the Sanitize button and a rinse aid. I can't wait to see the difference in my electric bill. Other than the rack, it's great.

This dishwasher proved easy to install and works great for a fantastic price. We have been using is for about three weeks and no flaws with its operation have been noted. It cleans dishes without leaving streaks or spots. It operates extremely quietly. It cleans even the most stubborn dirty dishes. The stainless steel interior stays clean. The white exterior looks great.

First, I was a little disappointed after purchasing this and then finding out I needed another $50 to spend on the plumber for city permit (Mass law). I wasn't told this in store, but the plumber they chose was great and he called me beforehand and warned me about any potential hidden costs. To Best Buy's credit, I called up and they took $25 off the price, or I had the option to cancel all together. Considering I bought it when delivery and installation charge were on sale, I took the price change and happy with how they corrected my issue. About the dishwasher: It's very, very quiet. We needed to turn the volume up on the TV from the other room when our last dishwasher was running, but this one we can barely tell it's on. It cleans well and pretty good value for the price. Cons: If I could buy a different one, it would be with the utensil holder on the door. It's a pain to reach in at times to get a spoon or fork when too lazy to completely unload (I know, first world problems). Not really a problem with the product itself as we knew this going in, but realized a door drawer would have been better. The biggest con is how the bottom drawer almost always jumps off the rails when you pull it out. Very annoying

Sure, you can get a more expensive dishwasher with a few more extra features, but this unit runs quietly and efficiently. Dishes are never dirty. We got this when it came with free delivery and install, making it an irresistible deal.

So far, so good! There is a definite learning curve for loading; it loads differently almost every time depending on the dish sizes, etc. I've discovered the bottom will hold a lot more than the top, so this is great if you have a lot of plates, bowls. However, I cannot see how thicker plates would work well in the slots, so I am glad we don't have to buy a different set of dinnerware. It runs well, has a nice delay feature which has been great for running at night during our particularly hot summer, and several settings I have not yet used. I was a bit concerned that the overall size was metric so was slightly smaller than the 24" opening, but installation included a rubber gasket on the sides to cover gaps, so no problems there. I have had trouble twice with water being left in the bottom of the dishwasher but at least one of those times was my fault in opening it before it was actually complete. The second time may have been my fault also, not getting it closed/locked tight after opening it after mid-cycle, but I may have Best Buy come back out to check the lock if I have this trouble again. I am used to a dishwasher that has a circular knob for adjusting where you are in a cycle or re-starting at a specific point and not having to re-run an entire cycle; there does not seem to be a way to do that on this unit. I actually purchased this unit (because I know Bosch has a good reputation) before reviewing any information online, mainly because there was free delivery and installation offered by Bosch. I thought the tall tub would be handy to have but did not have Best Buy pull the display dishwasher off the second shelf, so I did not realize that tall tub just equals door much lower to floor--not sure I would do this again. I did come home and check it out before delivery and went back to the store clarify a specific feature, but all-in-all, it seems like a good unit for us.

This dishwasher is quie and cleans well. A little tricky to load!! Overall I would recommend.

Although advertised as quiet, it is not as quiet as a recent Samsung purchase, but it dries better. Installed easily and professionally by Best Buy contractor. Spacing of rack tines much better than the Bosch it replaced. Have not owned long enough to know durability or longevity.

I am disappointed with the operating features. You cannot stop the dishwasher to insert an item without it draining and starting over. I have had many dishwashers and never had this problem. It was very difficult to figure out how to operate this unit and I really don't like the layout for the dishes on the bottom rack, difficult to organize unless you only have dishes to insert. The sanitize feature was also confusing. I did call your customer service center and got a very helpful rep who helped quite a bit. Otherwise it does clean well and is very quiet.

replaced a Stainless Steel Kitchenaid with the black Bosch, have to say I love the finish,stays clean ,no finger prints, works perfectly. Not sure if I like that the door snaps back though if you don't open all the way. my spouse likes it. For older consumers would recommend checking that door out at the store prior to purchase.

Does a good job of washing dishes. Extra quiet. some items don't fit easily on the rack. Does not have a drying cycle so when finished washing there is often a puddle on top of some of the items that were washed.

The dishwasher is very quiet and cleans well, but dishes don't come out dry.

I haven't had any problems with this unit. The one thing is that this dishwasher's strong suit was NOT drying the dishes. But it's no big deal bcuz we're not the kind of family that constantly unloads and loads dishes. By the time we unload they're almost dry, but you might have to wipe them with a cup towel b4 putting them in the cabinet. But it seems to clean pretty good.

Excellent build quality. This dishwasher does a great job cleaning dishes and very quietly. It uses very little water and one can tell after just a couple of cycles it is built to last. The racks can be awkward to fill, especially when dealing with Tupperware, but that is a common problem with dishwashers. Excellent overall, very happy with the purchase.
