Well I moved , having to leave the Bosch I had. The new place I had to have the same dishwasher. It’s great

Crystal dry is a great feature. The design of the bottom is awful. We have thick plates. We wind up having to run the dishes 50% more than we used to

One star off for not providing the promised test strip for hard water. Another star off for forcing me to download and use an app to use a timer for when it starts. Just what I don't need: another app. I really loved that manual feature on my last dishwasher. Also no light telling us when the dishes are clean, which is useful for others in the household to know and unload the dishwasher. Maybe this is on the app but does that mean everyone in the household needs the app? My mom in the dishwash unloader and she barely used her cell phone. 3rd star off for drying capability, stuff is not dry and I'm not able to use it for some things because water settles and leaves rust marks. WOULD NOT PURCHASE THIS AGAIN, my last dishwasher was just as quiet and cost a lot less. Oh - and I don't understand the cycle options, way too complicated.

Very disappointed- silver holder very very small - silverware doesn’t always get clean - difficult to arrange dishes/glasses odd configuration

It significantly reduces the space on the top drawer and everything must be short to place up there. Makes it hard to wash cups.

The organization is perfect, making it easy to load and unload. Best of all, you can hardly hear it running. I think that our breathing is actually louder. Very pleased with it!
