I replaced a 13-year-old Bosch that was finally on its last legs, and was great. This new one has many, many problems and I regret buying it. The dishwasher pods do not dissolve completely, and there are often dirty dishes after the cycle finishes, especially on the third rack. I have been working with Bosch to resolve these issues, but the issues persist. I hope that we can get it resolved. I have a Geek Squad service plan, so I am hoping that will help.

Called Bosch and went through reset routine multiple times. Repair person will not be able to come for another week - standing waste water inside dishwasher. Supposed to be the best dishwasher available on the market. Worked beautifully for only 4 washes.

The unit was defective and smelled bad after use. Best Buy was awesome and got a replacement and it too was defective. Avoid the new Benchmark series 24!!!. I am getting a new DW (not a Bosh) tomorrow. My designer was awesome but the product manufacturing needs to be redesigned so beware Looking forward to my new LG dishwasher from Best Buy!

Extremely disappointing service and D Washer

Bosch Customer Support is nonexistent

Bosch's claims department will not respond back to me nor is there any way I can get in contact with them. Beware, if you have an issue you will be on your own.

Those are the pros...now for the cons. utensil carrier on the bottom is very small and you cannot set the delay from the panel...you have to use the app

DON’T BUY IT

Buttons are missing that usually control delay and other systems. I have to find my phone and work it out. I find out a nuisance.

What is nice is the way the racks are organized, the flexibility of the rack heights, and all the cycles. But best of all - IT IS SILENT! I mean, you can stand next to it and there is no sound. Great purchases!
