Beautiful top-of-the-line Bosch dishwasher. Excellent build quality and extremely quiet! You won’t be disappointed. And Best Buy is the “best!”

So far the dishwasher itself is working well! I took off 2 stars because I do not appreciate Bosch requiring that I connect the dishwasher to the Internet and then setup an account with Home Connect, and then download the app in order to run certain cycles like Rinse, Machine Care, Eco, and Half Load. At this point I plan to live without these cycles but I am not happy about it. An app connected via blue tooth would be great - just not a fan of the account requirement, data collection, another device on my network, etc.

Abdolutrly love the Bosch Benchmark dushwashet, its so quiet & love that all the nottom rack tines are adjustable which makes it easier maneuvering while placing all dishes,

Works great, but the cycles take a long time. There is a short cycle that runs for 60 minutes though. In all it’s a very good dish washer and it washes from many angles.

The best dish washer money can buy. Bosch is leader and this benchmark model is leader of all.

Love my new Bosch benchmark. Buying it from Best Buy was a good experience from beginning to installation. The sales person was very knowledgeable and efficient and the installer was excellent and explained everything to me.

Great Dishwasher; best we've had in any of our 3 homes. It has the most thoughtful features incl. an inside light and a light that shines on the floor that tells the time left until completion. The loading pattern is convenient & efficient & it is so quiet one doesn't know if it is still on if it were not for the floor yimer light. And its cleaning is supurb. Best Buy's installation was flawless.

This dishwasher has been pretty disappointing. It washes dishes just fine but it does not do a very good job of drying them. And the dishwasher is too app dependent. You can’t delay start directly on the machine and I end up forgetting to do it on the app so I wake up to dirty dishes! I do like that some of the tines fold down to make the space more flexible.

Can't even tell you how happy we are with this dishwasher. It's better than the Bosch we had for 11 years before this one!

This is the best dishwasher. I have loaded it with the dirtiest dishes and cooking utinsels and it has come perfectly clean every time. I honestly love washing dishes now!

Overall 9/10. Only thing i don’t like is when it “spits” back out the water it makes a noise othet than that it’s very quiet

The display that shines on the ground stopped working after the first week. Dishwasher also does not dry dishes as well as my prior 20 year old Bosch. Bosch warranty and support is terrible. It’s been a month and they are still “working” on the warranty claim. They sent a repair person who spent 3 minutes looking at it and sayid it was broken and he couldn’t fix it. Terrible customer service done from a 3rd world country in Spain. Will be buying a cove next time

The dishwasher works reasonably well. The need to download a phone app to operate a simple dishwasher seems excessive.

After 15 months, the rubber apron below the door that acts as a sound barrier just fell off. It is held in place to the door's backside by a glue strip, and just appears to be a bad design. I contacted Bosch, and all they offered was an apology. This was our second Bosch dishwasher, but will now be our last. Also, if you google this, it is a common problem, yet Bosch won't resolve it.

The machine did not dry the dishes and water pooled at the bottom. I called and had it replaced with a new Bosch dishwasher and had the same results!

This is really quiet, gets the dishes clean with whatever program, including my favorite the 35 min express one. The app works great to control the dishwasher remotley and get notifications when done along with providing many info on each wash program such as duration, power consumption and allowing to set the level of washing by zones, and more. Whish it had the option for express washing on the dishwasher itself but the app is fun and it works great. The racks make sense and are very customizable. While i like the stainless inside and the bearings on the racks, there’s still quite a bit of plastic inside that is frustrating at this price point. But it works, is very customizble inside and it cleans well. Hopefully it will work for many years.
