This is our second Bosch dishwasher, and now it matches the rest of the stainless kitchen. Great unit - a red light shining on the floor is the key indicator that it is running because the face is clean and crisp - controls are on the top edge of the door. Dishes are amazingly clean, and as it doesn't have the traditional bottom heating unit - top or bottom racks are pretty much the same temp, so we even wash some items that are "not dishwasher safe" like plastic bowls and the like - mind you on sanitize they will melt, but in normal mode we have been ok with some items where life is just to short to wash by hand. Another major plus of this unit is the ability to remove the top rack entirely and put a spray head on the top rack's water pipe - this lets really large pots and pans be put in the bottom rack and washed, much like in a Hobart professional washer. This is great. All in all a great product and major points to Best Buy for price matching and ordering it in for us.

A great cleaner with well designed interior racks. Love how quiet it is during the cleaning cycles. there are some water spots left behind after the dying cycle is finished but I've recently purchased some "Jet Dry" and No-more spots seen yet. Excellent price from Best Buy- they have beat every other compeditor's best price!

Very quiet and the dishes come out super clean. The is our second Bosch dishwasher. The first lasted 18 years. You do not know it is on, other than the red light shining on the floor that tells you it is working.

Excellent product, if you do not mind drying by hand after the cycle.

We tried Whirlpool and Kitchenaid and ended up with the Bosch. Bosch was our best choice between the 3 of them.

Cant say enough about how quiet this dishwasher is. We wash dishers right before going to bed so we chose a quiet model and this one does not disappoint. VERY QUIET. Nice insulation. Washes very clean. Drying is ok (no heating element, which is good because you dont want to heat plastic in the dishwasher and release chemicals/bpa etc). Now the negatives: cons have to do with installation only: - the elbow which connects to the water-hose is not included (come on, it cost coupe of bucks.... but I had to make a trip to home depot for that!). Things are pretty standard in the US and I dibt buy the lame excuse from Bosch to choose the elbow that fits your specific need... - strainer for the electric box is not included. Costs like 2 bucks for 4 of them, but the point is that you have to make a trip to home depot for that. Well, since you are going to homedepot for the elbow anyway, pick one up. TIP: if you are replacing your dishwasher, youy can use the straigner and the elbow. Still, i rate the product at 5 stars, because it works very well and the quietness makes up for all the trouble with instalation. I installed it myself. For some reason bestbuy did not offer installation when i bought it online. anyway, you can install it yourself (you dont have to be a handyman, but you shouod have a general idea). The most difficult part is to install the wires (turn off the electricity from the main cotrol panel!). ANd make sure you use plumer's tape when connecting the hose.

I have had many dishwashers over the years, but none so great as this one. I can load any number of dishes into it, and trust them to all come out looking like new. It even cleans dishes with dried on food. Added bonuses: light on control panel indicates when jet dry is low; is almost inaudible; top rack is partly adjustable; silverware compartment has segmenet with flip-down top for small items; seems to be pretty fast in comparison.

I'm the type that does a lot of research before I make a big purchase. After moving into our new home and listening to my wife's complaints about the dishwasher, I set out to get a new one that matched her kitchen renovation ideas with my focus on energy efficiency, cost, and capacity. Score on all accounts! Seriously, we stand beside it and can't tell if it is running -- it is THAT quiet. The red light shining on the floor is the only way we can tell it is on most of the time. We run it late at night with the delay function to save power, and it works as advertised Dishes come out great--using only 3 gallons of water. Despite what the specifications say, food from dishes does feed into the disposer. Additionally, the auto sensing function has been flawless. Because of sound insulation, interior capacity looks a bit smaller than other like models, but once you change your loading habits to be in-line with the tines, you might find that you have more room than you had before (we did). Dishes for this family come out perfect. After one month, I would say CR's rating on this machine is justified...could not be happier.

I love this dishwasher compared to my previous dishwasher. My old dishwasher was noisy and didn't clean dishes very well. I was tired of washing the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher so I decided it was time for a new dishwasher. I did some research and found that Bosch was highly recommended for cleaning dishes and for quietness. After using the dishwasher for a month I completely agree. The dishwasher is super quiet and the dishes always come out clean. If you follow the manual recommendations for stacking, detergent amount, running, etc. the dishes come out clean. Much cleaner than my old dishwasher, and even though there is no heated drying they come out just as dry.

This dishwasher is very quiet and does a great job cleaning everything.

Replaced a 15 year old Kenmore. Much quieter and cleans better.

This dishwasher is so quiet, the only way I know it's running is by the red indicator light. My dishes get very clean - I use Jet Dry like they recommend and haven't noticed any spots. It takes a couple of hours per cycle, so be prepared to wait awhile. My biggest complaint is the angle of the tines - the way they are angled on the bottom rack decreases the overall capacity so I can fit fewer dishes in it than my previous dishwasher. I now run two loads a day, while my old dishwasher held enough that I would only run it once/day.

we aren't complete on this delivery yet due to getting the dishwasher without the notification light, but I've been using the one I have so I can review my thoughts on the performance of the dishwasher. It seems to run pretty quietly and does get the dishes very clean. For some reason there is an odor in the dishwasher even though we rinse dishes well (if we didn't it would really stink as we only run 1/2 times a week). It does take a long time for the cycle, but I normally do it in the evening. I like the layout and find it easy to load/unload. Due to no heating heating element I usually do have water puddles on the glasses but just dry with a towel. Overall, great upgrade for us.
