For the past year, every time I have gone into BB I have stood in front of the Bose display and listened to all the different examples of what this system sounds like. I finally broke down and bought it and couldn't be happier! The price tag is not fun but I am enjoying movies and music more with the SoundTouch System

I reviewed the Soundtouch 300 Soundbar, please note my review there as well. When I demo'd the SoundTouch 300 by itself, I was amazed. When they demo'd the Accoustimass Sub with it, I was blown away, literally. It made sense to add this on immediately to meet my needs, but for many the SoundTouch 300 will do just fine. The sound is incredibly rich. If you want to hear and FEEL more Bass, add this on, it's a no brainer! The appearance of the device itself is beautiful and much what I would expect from a product with a $700 price tag. Paired with the SoundTouch 300, the Accoustimass module is a solid add and I appreciate the fact that it can be added on later if desired. The SoundTouch 300 Soundbar produces very rich sound on it's own, the Accoustimass will enhance your movie experience or music experience. I seemed to have a few issues getting it synched up with the 300 Soundbar at first. I first had the power connection plugged into the same power strip as my Wireless router. I'm not sure if that made a difference or not, but it now works and connects each time. There is an option to connect via 3.5mm cable, which Bose DOES NOT include and, quite frankly, SHOULD include given the hefty price tag. As noted in my review of the SoundTouch 300, I would love to give this a 5 Star review, the sound is absolutely incredible. What's lacking is good setup documentation that is included in packaging. You will need to go out to the Bose Website and download manuals and potentially speak to Bose Tech Support. Also, as noted above, they don't include a 3.5mm cable which they absolutely should given the hefty price tag. Another improvement would be to put the connection lights on THE FRONT of the device rather than the back. This way, users can easily see what's going on with the unit rather than needing to get behind it or turn it to an awkward position to view connectivity. The app is very basic and is in need of enhancements such as greater control of the bass module aside from the ON or OFF setting. An equalizer would be great. As a result of these shortcomings, I cannot give 5 stars at this time. Do your homework when installing and download the manuals from Bose Website first. Bose Tech Support was able to help me resolve a couple of issues I was having. All in all, I am very satisfied, but feel Bose needs to step up and provide the cable and better documentation.

Deep bass, thundering and makes movies come alive!

Great sounding sub, only cons are bass level cannot be adjusted which doesn't really bother you once the system is on but the price is outrageous.

Easy to set up and good addition to the sound bar 300

After getting used watch our movies with this bass, combined with the soundbar, there’s no turning back. We don’t watch movies at movie theater often. Then, my 8 year old kid comments when we watched movie Jumanji at movie theater the other day: “this is like the sound at our home, daddy!” It’s so true!

It just fits to my entertainment setup. Only downside is cannot connect to other make and model home theatre setup other than Bose. Please check compatibility with your home entertainment setup before spending this expensive item.

Great bass with the sound bar. Small so easy to hide

Owned the previous generation Bose soundbar setup and this bass unit is by far better than the previous generation. Unit can produce very strong bass for music or movies at an adjustable range for users.

I was at first a little hesitant on purchasing such an expensive part of a home theater system (actually bought the sound bar, sub, and two smaller satellite speakers). But after hooking it up I was greatly pleased with the quality of sound I was able to achieve. Bose is truely the best audio equipment in my opinion.

I have purchased Bose in the past, always have been a fan. I decided to upgrade and purchased the Boise sound bar 300, Bose® - Acoustimass® 300 wireless and Bose wireless 300 speakers. Love the sound. As always Bose never lets me down. Sound definition is great. I would highly recommend this system.

This base woofer produces the best clean bass sound i have heard.
