Took a second to get the lows just the way I wanted thru the app and AdaptIQ. Other than that, the sound is what you’d expect from Bose. I also had to adjust the Dolby settings in my DirecTV receiver to get the full range of desired sound. This sub hits hard and paired with the soundbar this is a flawless system. This is the third Bose system I’ve owned.

If yiu have a SoundTouch 300 or 700, this subwoofer is a MUST. The sound changes completely in comparison with the sound bar alone! I tried the modele 500 but it wasn’t enough. I was looking for a premium and punchy sound. The model 700 fit the Bill perfectly.

Forget room-shaking sound- try HOUSE-SHAKING sound. Honestly best investment I could have made. It honestly adds so much to my overall viewing experience for almost every movie and adds just that much more immersion to all my music. Brings me so much joy!

Bought this subwoofer open box and got it for a few dollars cheaper. Wireless so easy to place anywhere close to your soundbar. Can also access through bose app and connect to the soundbar. One thing we noticed is the sound quality. Once in a while you can hear like plates banging. It could be on the song played or something needed to be checked by bose. Will update once everything is fixed.

So I own the 700 soundbar and the rear speakers I needed to buy the subwoofer because, If it did sounded really good in knew with the addition of the subwoofer was gonna get even better and it did, I tried sonos but you could not get a complete high volume music without distortion,now with Bose the sound is loud and clear

This bass module just completes my system. I don't have the surrounds, but this module along with the bar 900 is a dream. I had the JBL 9.1 and this thing blows that out of the water. I love it!

Great compliment to the missing bass for SoundBar 700 speaker. You got what you pay for in terms of quality. I also love the design.
