This is one of the best on the market. Lightweight, easy to use and pair. Not big and ugly looking either. Sounds good when playing music and works great in noisy locations.

I have tried many Bluetooth headsets but none compare to the Bose. Ok, so some may have a slightly longer battery life... Some may have a smaller, lighter design... But none compare to the noise canceling and sound quality. I also really like the small, very convenient zippered pouch that comes with this. I highly recommend this headset!

Stays in my ear while doing hard work, barely noticeable!

This is the 2nd one that I have purchased. This one was for my significant other, I still have my original going on 3 years now and still as good as day one. Very good sound when I play music, and have never had complaints from people saying they could not hear me.

I have had 7 different headphone from several different manufacturers and this performs better in every way from the others. Very comfortable earpiece that stays put when moving. Excellent noise cancellation, (I am a truck driver and it is pretty noisy compared to a car or office.) Fast recharge. No negatives on this product.

Amazing sound quality, works good in wind, great battery life, and a quick charge. Best headset I have ever had and am okay with the money now. Having spent much more on repeatedly replacing other brands I feel I am finally happy with a headset. The ear fit is very comfortable and stays in place. Functions are simple and easy to pair. I'd buy another tomorrow.

Sound quality is excellent for both the user and the person you are speaking with. People used to know when I was calling them from the car using other blootooth devices, now even with the car window open, people think I am calling from home. It was easy to setup. The buttons are a bit small, but manageable.

My wife had no clue that I was driving, had stopped and put gas in the car, and was back driving again when I was on my way home from work. She says she now wants one.

I seem to go through Bluetooth headsets, so I've had quite a few to compare. My hearing is less than perfect so I'm always looking for a headset that is quite loud without being "tinny". This one almost fits the bill. The sound is good quality as you'd expect from Bose. I just wish it were a little louder. So for most people, it would be perfect. It's comfortable, it streams music and easily books up with Siri. The range is great. Seems durable.

Best bluetooth headset I've ever used! It's expensive and the battery life is sub-standard and frankly it lacks any of the bells + whistles that even the entry level headsets have; costing less than 1/6th as much. But, if like me, you like products that work and work well, this is your headset. Sound quality is great, no problems on the other end - according to the callers on the phone, operation is a cinch. charging is a little annoying (uses a mini usb) but overall, if you want to hear, be heard and use a headset, this is the best hands-free option out there.

Build and voice quality is excellent. But it is lacking in all features. no verbal battery life indicator. no caller ID voice prompt. For the price I expected it to have features comparable to the jawbone I previously owned.

This product works great I'm a truck driver an have had about 4 of these they seam to last me about 3 mouths an then I seam to kill them but they have a verry crisp clear sound and its a Bose so u know its a great product verry satisfied

This earbud has great sound. Different than my last it doe not tell you what number is calling. It does not have programmable voices that respond to you. For the money it has few extras plus it is only good in one ear.

I am in construction and I find the Bose earpiece to be very satisfactory in quality of sound. My working associates can hear me very clear and I hear them with good quality.

No problems hearing even in a soft door vehicle. People can hear me good in a noisy environment. I can use my electric impact while talking on phone and person on other end couldn't even hardly hear it. Awesome sound. Only downfall is someone what a shorter talk time of about 4.5 hours or so, but will give you warning beeps with about 30 minutes left.

Sound is loud. My only complaint is the background noise gets amplified too. It's the best Bluetooth I have had but I think Bose can improve the noise control better. Overall it's a good product

The sound is good but the battery life is too short

I tried a few other ear pieces - wished I had started with Bose. Very clear sound and others tell me they hear my clearly as well. It's worth the price.

This is one of the best handsfree i have used till now. Its small size makes it less noticeable by people around you. Great sound quality, very crisp and noise canceling features. Love this product
