Good, if you need noise cancelling

Felt a bit of sound quality was sacrificed, because of the noise cancelling. Since this feature is not needed I opted for a pair without noise cancelling for quite a bit less expense.

I’m not nearly as happy with this pair I don’t feel like the noise canceling is good is when they first came out. Still pretty impressive for ear buds.

Thank you for sharing your review of the QuietComfort 20 Acoustic Noise Cancelling headphones.
The lithium-ion battery (located inside the module) charges in just 2 hours with the included USB cable, and delivers up to 16 hours playing time per charge. A battery indicator light displays power status. And, even if the battery dies your music still plays with performance equal to that of our regular in-ear headphones.
You can find the cable inside the carry case. If you have not received one, we sincerely apologize and ask that you please give us a call and we will be able to help you.
