I have never liked in-ear headsets until i purchased these for my wife then had to purchase myself a pair. The noise cancellation is amazing! On a plane you can't hear anything but what your listening to. Turn off the noise cancelling and it's amazing how loud the plane is without it on! So peaceful on a 9 hour flight with plenty of battery life left even after 9 hours of use!

Great headphones for a plane!! These are so good that I bought another exact pair for the pair I left on the plane. I hope the person that found them are as happy with them as I am!

After experiencing some other brands of noise cancelling ear phones and head phones, I have settled on the best. The comfort is really in the softness and fit of the stay in ear buds that both limit leakage and give a decent seal. Add the best tech in the business and you have a winner that will deliver solitude and decent quality of sound. By the way, they are not too bad when the battery dies either.

Superior quality earbuds with excellent noise cancelling ratio. I have the over the ear Bose noise cancelling and they perform equally as well.

I love these. When I put them on the poutside world of noise dissappears. They are expensive but better than buying 10 cheap ones and being dissatisfied.

I had the over the ear Bose noise canceling headphones for years until I found these. These are fantastic! When your on a long flight you want to be able to cancel out the noise, hear your movie well and be able to sleep. With these you can do all of that comfortably. My dad actually took my first pair as they were so good, so I had to buy another. Worth every penny!!

These in ear bud headsets are the most comfortable ones that I have had so far. Great noise reduction and you can actually go to sleep with them on (great on an airplane). The only negative is that the batteries are rechargeable and not replaceable which means you should carry one of those extended batteries for cell phones just in case. Other than that, just great

I have the regular Bose noise quieting earphones, but bulky to carry when traveling, especially when trying to eliminate weight and carry-ons when flying. The Quiet 20's are great. And they perform almost as well as my regular headphones. Pricey but well worth the convenience and I consider the quality good. Do watch if you are buying for an Apple or Android product.

Hands down best ever earbuds. Used planti of different types, but nothing beats these earbuds. Daily use and continue to work like new.

These are amazing, when music is playing I can't even tell I'm in a NYC subway since the noise reduction is that good. Sound quality could be better for $300 but the noise cancellation cannot be matched by any other product at any price range.

The noise cancellation works great. Allows you to hear what you should hear, (someone talking to you next to you), but cancels out background noise.

I was skeptical at first. How mutch better can these be than my old noise canceling earphones. The answer is Amazing. Once you turn them on the noise mostly disappears. Noticibly quieter than before. Fit very comfortable on ears, no more in ear canal. 100% recomended. Yes even for the price.

Bose never disappoints when it comes to sound quality. I like these headphones for two reason it does a good job at blocking out distracting noise and it doesn't cause pressure on my ear like most in ear headphones.

You can tell it is Bose from the first. The feedback eliminates any unwanted noise. It is pricey but well worth the money.

I bought these headphones to use on a plane. They cut out background noise very well and let me listen to movies or music. The sound quality is good. They are small and light and easy to carry around in my briefcase or a pocket. The headphones do exactly what i wanted!

The Bose noise cancelling ear buds live up to all the positive personal and technical reviews. Mine were bought for me as a gift that was intended to make air travel more pleasurable. Bingo. They do a great job. The only knock is their typical Bose stratospheric price, but mine were bought on Bose first ever sale of this item that I know of. I imagine that they may be retooling their product line in light of the removal of a headphone jack from the newest iPhone and probable future trend.

Best set of noise cancelling headphones I have experienced. Noise cancelling worked well on flights and trains. I have used JVC, Sony, and audioTechnica. The noise cancelling does create a vacuum type mental sensation without any audio input. I felt like my brain was going to ooze out of my ears sometimes. With music or any audio source, the vacuum feeling went away. But the earbud on my left ear just wouldn't fit well. The right side was fine. The left began to ache 3hrs into second use. About 14hrs total use and still trouble with fit. Maybe my left ear is wonky, but I couldn't continue to use these headphones due to the fitment issue. The Bose are definitely the best noise cancelling headphones for travel. But I couldn't get the qc20s to fit well. Maybe I'm between earbud sizes. I will certainly buy over ear Bose headphones if I need noise cancelling in the future.

I bought these for my wife for when she uses her treadmill, and she absolutely loves them. She says she doesn't hear the annoying noise of the treadmill at all anymore. Super lightweight and comfortable, she will get a LOT of use out of these.

I opted for the corded because the cordless have that goofy thing that rests on your neck. Sounds awesome.
