I will continue to stick with Bose because they have the most comfortable fit for me on the market and ive tried them all.

But I wear a hoodie on my job side and it touches my ear very often massing up with the headphones. Since they got bunch of touch sensors on them . This is the only part that I didn’t like it .

Constantly inconsistent ear bud connections. Requiring uninstall reinstallation of the app.

They are very delicate and do not work well while person is moving. They tend to fall out and let water inside fairly easily.

The connecting issues are HORRIBLE. I have an iphone 13 pro max and these things do not like to connect what so ever. Sometimes only one headphone will connect, other times neither one of them will connect and it will take me 30-60 minutes of trouble shooting to try to get them connected again. My husband also has the exact same issues i have, so i know its not just mine. Honestly, wish i wouldve just stuck to airpods.

Amazing noise cancelling horrible case

My major complaint was the case. It’s made out of this very weak plastic and the part that connects the case to the lid is very flimsy.

The mic is nowhere near the same quality and the app to control the "modes" and the noise canceling level is very finicky. I have to open the app every time i use the headphones to even get the noise canceling level i want to go into effect. I think its pretty stupid that you have to manually select your prefered mode with whatever settings you had set up prior. Especially after already selecting an option to "remember your modes". The quality of life with the software and the customization with the headphones is the only reason for the 3 stars. Outside of that the headphones spund quality is awesome.

It's great that you love the sound quality of the earbuds. You can switch the modes on the earbuds themselves without needing to open the app, you can press and hold on either earbud to switch the mode. Our guide here https://bose.life/3rfNR0F also has more information on using the modes.
I can see you mention the mic quality not being as you expect, and I am surprised by this. I'd recommend trying out steps here https://bose.life/44TJ2I1 for help with the mic quality. I felt like I was in my own world at the gym with the noise cancelation. The only thing that I didnt like was they fell out of my ears. That would the only reason I didn't give them a 5 star
