Great ear buds!

Left bud completely stopped working and the noise cancellation on the right bud stopped. Spending that kind of money on something that lasts a year and a half is very disappointing.

Nothing special that reflects their pricetag except their name. Doesnt even wirelessly charge. Lacking very basic functionality like only listening to the left earbud without the right one. You can listen to only the right bud but not the left. Seriously?

Independent earbud usage is available for the earbuds with the latest firmware update. Make sure you update the earbuds through the Bose Music app. Watch the video here https://bose.life/3HzRFxL for how to update the earbuds.

I would wear them to the gym wear they would loosen up and fall out of my ear, and when you went I push it back in your either shutting the headphones off or shuffling songs.Bottom line is that they just didn’t fit in my ears but if they did I would still have them.

Should you need to adjust the earbuds while wearing them, touch them by the sides, as the touch controls are on the surface where the Bose logo is.
