I love them, but the case is a little bit compared to other brands. The sound quality is great, they pair easily and you can customize with the app many features

I purchased the Bose NC 700 headphones first and loved them. 2 weeks later I had to get these as well. I have struggled to find a pair of buds that fit well in my ears and not hurt. As soon as I inserted these they felt like no other that I had tried. After a while they can get a little uncomfortable but for long periods I will use the 700's. The sound quality is amazing compared to some of my past earbuds. These make music alot more enjoyable. Music is a big part of my life and when the quality is good, even better!

    These buds for you

Wow when you put the buds on super quiet mode it's super quiet. When nothing is playing you can faintly hear the outside world, but when you play music forget about the outside world it's non existent. I suggest wearing these at an F1 race or any place where the noise is very loud. If you want to be aware of your surroundings don't set the buds on super quiet mode. They fit very snuggly, and you may want to experiment with the additional pad that come with the buds.

My answer to my noisy neighbors...

Finally gave in and bought these because I just couldn't stand the sound of my noisy neighbor's awful music coming through the thin walls of my townhouse almost every night anymore. Having never used a pair of noise-canceling earbuds or headphones before, I was stunned the first time I tried the ANC. It was like hitting a mute button on the world. Incredible. You can still hear stuff like train horns, but in terms of blocking out sounds like central air conditioning/heating, the droning sound of your PC running, or awful music from the noisy neighbors, it's fantastic. The controls are pretty easy to learn as well.

Definitely a keeper! Compared these to the Airpods pro and these sound waaaay better. The fit in the ear and size of the charging case are worse than the airpods though. Always feel like they are about to fall out. Case is too bulky to just carry in a jeans pocket. But noise cancelling is amazing and sound quality just create a good enough reason to return the airpods pro and keep these. Battery life is really good and the case holds charge for weeks for me.

These are great buds. Great features. I love how people around can talk to me and can't hear them. This is a treat in itself! Quality sound, as to be expected from a Bose product. They hold a charge for quite a while and love the magnetic holder. The case is a little bigger than my Samsung buds, but who am I kidding, it's actually easier to find in my purse anyway. A little pricey but most of the time you'll gey what you pay for. Overall, I would definitely make the purchase again.

1 year and a half with my quiet comforts and initially feared they would not warrant the price. Best noise cancelling, weather resistant, sounding AND most importantly best phone call headphones I've used. Some things are worth the money. I've played basketball games with them on and they seldomly fall out only if I get really worked up. I've E scootered in them over 10kms+distances.

Obviously a direct competitor to the iconic, white-colored product, having a personal-listening device with Bose-quality noise cancelling to try out was rather exciting for me. My Bose QC25 wired headphones which were first released back in 2014 have been my personal gold-standard when it comes to noise cancelling performance, so I would love to have this same capability in an earbud form. The QuietComfort Earbuds come in a soft-feel charging case which is able to recharge the earbuds WITH the rubber wings attached to them. As someone who cannot wear the white-colored product without aftermarket wings to keep them in my ears, being able to place the QC buds in their case with the wings attached is a huge advantage in my book. While this makes the case larger, it is still pocketable unless you wear really tight pants. The case measures approximately 3.5” x 2” x 1.25”, has an external USB-C port on it, has a very secure latching system, and includes charging lights on the exterior. The case can also be wirelessly charged via a Qi charger (not included). A 12-inch long USB-A to USB-C charging cable is included, but there is no AC charging block (pretty much the norm nowadays). I found the QuietComfort Earbuds to fit my ears extremely well and the soft tips and wings are almost identical to those on the Bose SoundSport wireless headphones for those who may already have them. These earbuds come with three sets of different sized tips and wings for different ears, so most people should find a comfortable fit. Each tip and wing is molded together, so there are three pair of differing sizes. The sound quality is typical Bose, which sounds very good to me, with crisp highs and punchy bass without being muddy sounding. Speech was extremely clear when listening to podcasts or having phone conversations and the person on the other end could hear me well, but this will obviously vary depending on what hardware they are using on their end. For a lot of people the noise cancelling is the important thing. My usual test is how well they handle noise from a gas lawn mower because I use my QC25s when I mow the grass. I wasn’t expecting these earbuds to have as much noise suppressing capability as over-the-ear headphones, and I was right, they don’t, but it is close. Close enough that I could easily use the QuietComfort Earbuds when mowing and not feel that the listening experience is being compromised much in any way whatsoever. One thing about the noise cancelling function that is new (to me anyway) and different from other noise cancelling headphones I have experienced is that the accompanying app for your mobile device allows you to adjust the amount of noise cancelling in 10 steps, from “none” to “maximum” and you can save three different settings and switch amongst them by double tapping on the left earbud. When you remove one earbud, the programming is paused and the noise cancelling to the other bud is cut. Your voice assistant (Siri, for me) is accessible through the buds and another adjustable feature I found really helpful, especially when talking on the phone is the ability to set the loudness of your own voice you hear through the earbuds when you talk, with the option of turning it off completely. People who use hearings aids that can stream music through the aids via Bluetooth will be happy to know that I was able to use these earbuds in my ear at the same time as I had my behind-the-ear hearing aids in. The sound quality for music from hearing aids is atrocious and it is very inconvenient to switch back and forth between hearing aids and earbuds when changing from listening to music and conversing with someone. I found this out completely by accident as I forgot I had my hearing aids in and put in the QC Earbuds and it took me quite awhile to realize I had them both in. The accompanying app is called “Bose Music”, not to be confused with “Bose Connect” which I had on my phone for another Bose product. This free app is very easy to use and does a great job in explaining the features and controls. There is a full user guide available on the Bose web site and through the app - the product comes only with a quick start guide and a thick book of warnings and precautions in a multitude of languages. Having struggled with product set-up in apps of other manufacturers, I found the Bose app a real pleasure to use. The first time I used the QC Earbuds I was a little disappointed in the amount of volume, but after fiddling with them, I found that fit in the ear is very important to their performance, both blocking outside noises and volume. While you have to twist the buds to get them seated properly in your ear, it quickly becomes second nature to do so when you insert them and you really don’t think about it once you get used to it. The only downside I can find is that I cannot control the volume from the earbuds themselves, I have to use my phone for that function. Controlling other functions on the earbuds is simple and quickly learned in no time. There are two functions you have to choose between using the app and that is skipping to the next track OR hearing the remaining battery life - you can’t have both functions, but remaining battery life is not that important for me. There is no “Back” function, so you will have to use your phone for that command. When the earbuds get low on power, a quick 15 minutes in the case will get you another two hours of listening time. Full charging takes 2 hours. When the case is fully charged, it will replenish the earbud batteries two times before needing to be charged again. Along with 6 hours of listening time from fully charged buds, all-day use while out and about is easily attained. I used to love my white-colored, wireless earbuds, and I still do, but I love the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds even more and i think anyone that likes the Bose sound signature will feel the same way about this product. Start saving your coin as you will want a set of these as soon as you can get them.

True to Life Noise Canceling! I continue to be impressed by the way these buds shut out ALL airplane noise & even the voice of the person right next to you is inaudible. The fit is comfortable and discreet. I LOVE THESE BUDS! The sound range is fantastic; all my tunes sound clear & perfect -including great bass. BOSE lives up to their reputation once again with these earbuds.

Great performance and sound. Easy to connect using the Bose Music App with IOS. Better sound than any other in ear headphones I’ve heard so far. Performance and battery life is great. They charge quickly with the wireless charging case. Noise cancellation was a big factor for me and I can tell you they are up to par with my Quiet Comfort 35 series. Only thing I would change would be the charging case. It’s a bit large for small pockets.

Absolutely amazing! The active noise canceling is so good that I can’t hear car driving down the street next to me most times. Not to mention 1/2 volume with them on is more than enough to drown out any sound you want to. I cannot recommend these highly enough. If you have sensory issues with loud noises (especially things like ambulances) these are perfect for you! I can’t tell you how much pain these have saved me from in a grocery store, which is already sensory overload hell. I just pop these in and go and panic attacks are like a thing of the past. I did have to trade in a pair because they got crackly audio with some songs, but honestly? Worth the wait of shipping 1000%

The sound quality is great. The problem is that my first pair lasted 8 months and then one day, I went to connect to my iPhone 13 and saw that the Left bud was lit up and no light on the Right one. I tried all troubleshooting steps to no avail. Once I factory reset, the buds would not even be recognized and the lighting stayed the same. I had a warranty, so I exchanged them. They connected properly and worked great the first day. The next time I went to use them (3 days later), it was the same situation as the original set. I have spent two hours this morning trying to find information on why Bose QC Earbuds are having difficulty with the iPhone 13 (iOS 15.5) while I wait for Best Buy to open so I can replace them again (or just go with a different brand). Anyone else having this issue?

Advancements are great. Noise counseling, overall sound, phone quality are a hit. Only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because the sports II or the 2nd tier Bose sports edition are far more comfortable in ear. These are also a little sensitive to touch as well. I need to read the manual for controls. So that last part is more than likely operator's error. I would really ask what you are using them for and find the appropriate pair because they really put the right titles on them

I just got them 2 days ago and tried them out right away: they did a remarkable job of lowering background noise and were super easy to use. I did have to update them with the phone app that took a surprisingly long time, but that also gave it more features like swiping to adjust the volume. Unfortunately, today, 2 days after getting them, there was a faint tap of static in the right ear and then the left and no more sound came out of the earbuds. The right earbud just died - putting it in the charging case doesn't light up the indicator, while the left one still does. I looked at Bose's servicing pages and it says it could be up to 4 weeks to get replacements. So, they're going back to the store and I'm having a hard time deciding if I should replace them or give up on them. I'd expected better for the money these cost. They're kinda big and don't really fit well under a hat in the winter, pressing into my ears. The ANC is pretty good, but not so good as the $65 over the ear headphones I bought several years ago that have the added feature of still working.

Amazing headphones for the price. I’ve switched between Master & Dynamic, AirPod Pros and now these. Overall, best noise cancelling out of the three, best bass and treble, clear quality audio and a comfortable fit. Love the case! Master & Dynamic and Apples cases are scratch prone, this case is velvety and smooth.
