Bose - QuietComfort Noise Cancelling Earbuds – True Wireless In-Ear Headphones with Bluetooth Summary: BOSE quality audio ear buds with excellent noise cancellation capability. Pros: * Sound quality. The sound quality is excellent across the spectrum of frequency. The bass is comfortable and definitely "fills the room." I can easily get into a groove. * Excellent fit. I feel like these achieve better sound quality than my former Apple Airpods which always required me maneuvering them deep and tight into my ears. The Bose earbuds just fit - insert and rotate. Done. * Noise cancellation is eerie! It works extremely well! While working and I'm typing away on my computer I sometimes do double-takes. I can feel the keys give way under my fingers, but I don't hear the clickity-clack at all (I have the typomatic sounding keyboard). I didn't think I'd appreciate that, but noise cancellation definitely allows for better immersion. * Battery life is good. I place my accessories on recharge probably more frequently than I should. I've listened in a single session about 4 hours and I've seen that bring the buds down to 40-60% depending on interruption, volume, noise cancellation setting selected, etc. 6 might indeed be real. * Awesome case. I know it looks bulky compared to Apple Airpod case. But its functional, shows clear charging status and capacity, and is Qi inductive charging capable. Mighty fine. I also like that there is a hard clasp to keep case shut. Also, it has a hardwired port for charging - USB C - which is also great. * Microphones work well. I can take calls and hold meetings with these earbuds with no problems. They seem to be clearer (for those on the other end) than my Airpods. Cons: * Size. The size isn't bad, but they feel bulky. Time will tell if it will be a problem. Right now it seems like the removable fittings will keep the earbuds in place securely. * Mobile app. The application works well, but I feel the UI awkward or inconsistent. One bug: you can pair units to several devices. I have my computer and my iPhone. The app shows both. But even though it shows a toggle to disconnect from your phone, once you do that it disconnects... duh! So you can't toggle on the other device. So, you have to disconnect from device A first, and then manually connect device B. Not a big deal, but also not sure why the UI pretends to allow you to switch between devices in the first place. Use: I used these while working (from home), conducting conference calls, and also while playing computer games on-the-down-low. I also have a BOSE Soundlink and my car has BOSE audio as well. I feel like the quality of audio from these products surpasses that of other products I own (such as SONOS Ones). I figured why not check out their earbuds. They definitely let me get into the groove and I am excited to found great replacements for my previous earbuds which seemed to have too many problems holding a charge or inconsistently reporting *accurate* charge or maintaining stereo pairing. I highly recommend these particularly if you're not locked into a particular vendor's ecosystem.

21 days after purchase (3 days after the BestBuy return policy) I dropped them and the cover latch broke. BestBuy wouldn't replace them and Bose Support offered to replace everything for $90. I'm heading out to buy rubber bands to the lid closed. Bose engineering needs to strengthen the cover latch. A 4' fall should not break the cover latch in my opinion.

I like that they fit nicely and they don't fall off. The sound quality is great. I like the charging case and that it charges quickly and it is simple to know how much charge you have left in the case. The battery life of the earbuds is incredible. This item is jockeying for top spot in earbuds and accessories.

My first pair of wireless ear buds, yet were so easy to set up even I could do it in 10 minutes. Now, my device refused to pair the first couple of tries, but paired on the third try. You need the Bose app to set them up like you want them such as "remember last setting" so that each time you first put them on your last cancellation setting is what they prompt to instead of full cancelation if you don't want that. The sound is typical Bose amazing. Rich bass at low volume, accurate sound stage and you may even hear things on old favorites you've never heard before. Size 2 tips fit my average ears perfect and unless I was bouncing on a trampoline there was no hint of them falling out. Yet after two hours they were not the least bit uncomfy. Kinda pricey for many folks but they rival the sound of much more expensive ears buds to my 57 year old ears. They get concert loud yet sound great at volumes so low you can carry on a conversation. I'm stoked!!

I've been a loyal user of Bose earbuds for years, and overall, these haven't disappointed. The sound quality is good, with clear mids and highs, though the bass is a bit weaker than I’d like. They stay securely in my ears during workouts and cardio, which is a big plus. However, I have two major complaints. First, there's no 'Find My' feature, so I've misplaced them several times. Second, they often have connection issues. After placing them in the case, they sometimes connect to previous devices at random, draining the battery without me knowing. Unfortunately, this is a known issue that Bose can't fix, and their only solution is to offer a replacement or repair. Given the price, I would recommend looking into a newer model or a different brand.

I bought these ear buds to replace a pair of Sony WF-1000XM4 ear buds. I couldn't get the Sony buds to stay in place no matter which tip I used. I bought the Sony to replace a set of Apple AirPods 2 in which the left ear bud stopped working after 6 months. I couldn't be happier with the Bose ear buds. The quality of the sound is noticeably better with the Bose than either Sony or Apple. They stay in place in my ears perfectly. Yes, the case is quite large, but the buds and the case hold a charge for a really long time compared to the other two types I tried. Bottom line - I'm really happy with the Bose ear buds and recommend them highly.

Hi Patrick, the right earbud will hold the microphone for calls, but you can use both earbuds to listen to the call being made. I hope you're enjoying the sound quality and noise-cancellation feature of the earbuds! Tried these out because my AirPod Pros fall out of one of my ears all the time. These definitely stay in! Sound quality was very nice, as well as the noise cancelling was impressive when compared to Beats (not as good). Functionality is a little clunky, as is the size of these headphones. Battery life is amazing. Disappointed they do not charge wirelessly at this price-point. Love the color!

1st, let's say, I gave this 5/5. Now, does that mean it is perfect? No, but for me, they're minor inconviences. Comfort: they are perfect for my ears. I use them for work and wear them for an average of 10hrs with a 1hr break In between for lunch.(I drive an HR each way to and from work). Features: this is a double edged sword. Ex: you can skip a song by double tapping the left bud(set up shortcuts in app), however you can't triple tap as expected to replay a song. You would have to use the assistant(for me it's google assistant, which works extremely well, and ask it to replay the song). Minor inconvenience as I stated earlier. Shortcuts are fun to utilize and the other stand out feature is the noise cancellation. I set my shortcut up for three levels, 0(noise cancellation not active): which means even with these buds in a co-worker and I can have full conversations and I can hear my surroundings. Level5: 50% active so I can hear sirens and such, but no tapping in my work truck, etc. Level 10: most things are blocked out especially when music is on and makes you feel like your ears want to pop under water or on an airplane or high altitudes. Battery: I charge them that one stretch for my hr lunch and they last the rest of the time. Have had issues where the buds won't pair, have to put them in the charging cradle which isn't small but very portable and then they re-pair again. It only has happened once or twice so I think updates for those things will be fixed eventually. Overall the reasons stated are why the get 5/5. They are the lowest profile, or weight in they're class, but I've tried the jabra 75elites and sony versions of noise cancellations and since I use these for music primarily, the bose quiet comfort wireless noise cancellation earbuds blow them out of the water and stay in my ears. The competitors versions DID NOT stay in my ears. To each their own, give these a try.

I am a headphone snob. Even though I don't need a new set. I am always eager to try the next new tech that I can put in my ears. My favorite headphones before this was the Beats by Dr. Dre - Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earbuds. I still think they are the best sounding without noise cancellation. These Bose headphones are just on another level when you add the noise cancelling. They are able to cancel out everything. Literally. I use these for running (Sprinting, Long runs), Gym, and study/work sessions in my house. Comfort: They are beyond comfortable. They float effortlessly in your ears. Little to no irritation. Sound: When it comes to sound Bose always nails it. Bassy, clear, loud but without distortion. Case: The wireless charging case is very useful. The earbuds magnetically snap into place. Battery: They last for a very long but if you need a quick charge they can give you extended hours of listening with little charge time. Connectivity: This part can be wonky when trying to juggle the app and your Bluetooth settings. Sometimes it does not reconnect right away even when you haven't paired it to anything else. I was able to get a hold of these for 200 during a sale but if I would have known how useful and amazing sounding these are paying 350 still seems too cheap for the quality and attention to detail this product has to its customers.

Absolutely love these! I can wear them an extended time without it hurting my TMJ and the sound is fantastic. My only complaint is that I have to reconnect them or reboot them more than I would like. It may be because I have so many devices it can connect to, so I'm not taking off any points. Such good quality that I ordered a pair for my husband, too!

The absolute best ear buds I have ever owned! Great battery life both buds and case. Never had one issue. Great sound and the noise cancelation is great. Very comfortable and secure in the ear. Unfortunately I lost them and Best Buy was out of gen 1. I purchased the gen and they sound good but for me the gen 1 design is much better.

Once again Bose nails fitment and comfort. The bass response is almost everything you can ask for. Where it falls short for me is at full volume there can be a good bit of distortion. The noise canceling is pretty good as well. I adore the battery life, and USB C charging.

I love my Bose noise cancelling earbuds. The sound is outstanding as Bose is known to provide. The bass is superb. They come with three different size earpieces. I use two different sizes since one of my ear canal openings is smaller than the other. The only thing I don’t like is pairing them. The Bose app has to be downloaded to your phone in order to pair them, and you have to agree to its terms. This includes for Bose to collect information on you from your iphone or iPad. It is also rather hard to do the pairing. They can only be paired to one device at a time. They have to be unpaired before pairing to another device. This is inconvenient. However the sound is outstanding. I do love that. They are pretty comfortable too. I feel pretty sure they won’t fall out of my ears either. All in all I really do like them. I rated them 4 stars because of the pairing only.

Pros: sound quality is wonderful.(i love bass music and these hit ever bass note with ease) For the most part they are comfortable(have had them fall out of my ear a few times). No dumb app that never works, is very nice! Cons: Earbuds never wants to turn on, you have to take them in and out of the case multiple times to get them to connect and turn on. They will randomly turn on in the case and steal sound from what ever else im using (car, bluetooth speak, ect...) They will sit on in the case and drain battery I give this a 3 star due to the any issues with them either never wanting to turn on or always staying on. Super annoying and is going to make me change earbuds.
