Good sound with issues

The ambient noise option is perfect to make sure I hear a customer come in or if they are ready to check out. Listening to music while watering the plants makes the day fly by!

Charging through the case is always a possibility but that does you can't use them for really long sessions.

I was going to buy the pixel buds pro 2 but I bought these instead. They are actually 50 dollars less. These sound great and the noise cancellation is fantastic. The buds are a little large but light weight. The case is big but also light weight. This is probably due to a little cost cutting to be able to sell these for 179. Bose earbuds are now around 300 usually. This is a great deal. The new app is also fantastic. It's easy to use and the layout is great . I would definitely recommend these.

As for the touch controls, you can easily manage them through the Bose app:
1. Open the app and connect your earbuds.
2. Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
3. Go to Settings > Shortcuts > Touch Controls.
From there, you can toggle them on or off, or even set up voice control.

Their design was just a TINY bit too large for my small ears. Aaaaand I had intended to keep them after trying a ton of other options to find something that fits/stays in my ears.. Until I went biking and lost them out of my pocket on a trail. Sound quality was awesome and I loved the looks/feel of the earbuds. They’re well missed.
