So far so good. I’m always amazed by the sound Quality with Bose but I’ve had a streak of bad luck with the left ear bud dying. This is my 3rd pair all the others died after about 2 years. Built in maybe?

The noise cancelling and sound quality are superb on these earbuds. Noise cancelling blocks out pretty much the surrounding environment and I really enjoy the quality of sound these put out. However, the major downside to these earbuds are the connectivity and phone call quality. The earbuds sometimes would not connect to my phone when I place them in my ear. They wouldn’t even turn on. Almost all the time they would turn off when I have them in my ear. Occasionally they would reconnect but most of the time I would have to take them out of my ear, put them back in their case, and back in my ear. And the cycle would happen every so often. Phone calls with these earbuds are also very poor. The other person will have a very hard time hearing you if you use these during a call. They say they hear a lot of background noise and hardly your voice. They only work well if you’re in a very quiet environment and you’re talking with an elevated voice. I really wish Bose would address the issues but until then, I may look for a different product.

I bought a lilac pair on sale and using a lot of rewards $, but they weren’t able to charge past 90% and cut off after 10-15min anyway. Exchanged but to my utter disappointment lilac was discontinued (explaining the great deal I got). Left with boring gray. But all my rewards carried over and this pair works great. Case feels like thin plastic is cheap and easily broken, but no issues yet. Earbuds are VeRY sensitive to touch for pause compared with airbuds. I put my hair behind my ear and pause my music. Overall, I highly recommend if you can find them in fun colors.

I have bought two pairs. They are very, very good at noise cancellation. The audio is wonderful as well.

while the sound quality is excellent, the buds are a bit heave & need to be fitted snugly in order to keep them from alling out.

I’ve had every AirPods that has been made, I’ve had beats & JBL’s. None of them compare to these. The sound quality is 10x’s better than JBL & I didn’t think any earbuds would come close to them. The clarity is insane. I work around lawn mowers, weed eaters, chainsaws to sum it up my job is noisy. Yet, I don’t hear any of it with the ANC. Yet the talk thru still muffles tones the sound for me to hear my buds and also the outside. For what it’s worth I’m going to purchase a second pair later today for personal use outside of work.

I wasnt expecting much from them given the price but they were better than I expected. They arent as quiet as other earbuds, you can have ambient sound and the other settings on just one earbud compared to others too! My only complaint is that the bluetooth connection sometimes stays on in the case which is annoying. Other than that its a good product.

Overall fantastic, the sound cancelling is impressive, especially when running on a treadmill or flying. My only complaint is that the magnet that clicks and charges the headphones breaks easily. Bose replaced the first pair, but the second one did the same thing within a few months. So, no, I have to tap one of the earbuds down to get it to charge.

Perfect for working out ! Battery life is perfect. They really don’t fall out of your ears like other brands

The Noise Cancelling is great. The earbuds have Great Sound Quality. They are Comfortable with Simple Touch Controls.

The only problems i have is that some times they start sliding out my ear and also there are times when they turn off whe. I dont want too other then then sounds is good batterie is okay and they are not bulky

There are good things about these earbuds but they are very wonky when it comes to staying connected to my iPhone. This is a HUGS pain!! If I answer a call before taking the earbuds out of the case, I sometimes have to actually call the person back. Sometimes only 1 earbud connects. Sometimes they won't connect at all. Sometimes they seem connected according to the bluetooth list but I can't hear anything. These problems require a reboot. REALLY, one shouldn't have to reboot earbuds every week or more. At a discounted price a good deal otherwise not so much!

I loved these! I did buy the ones that clip to your ears at first and was not a fan (now my husband has 2 pairs lol). I like how they have different sizes to fit inside the ear. They are comfortable while walking and don't fall out. The sound quality is unmatched!

Great sounding and fitting earbuds. Fit well in the ear without ear fatigue.
