The sound quality and customer service have always been worth the extra cost. However this is my first disappointment. I need my headphones to connect to our TV. We have a 2020 Samsung. The Bose earbuds will not connect to the older bluetooth version. If our TV was 10 years old I would understand this, but not with a 5 year old TV.

AMAZING NOISE CANCELLATION AND SOUND

I bought them for my Fiancé, and now he always has them in his ears when he's working! Sometimes, he doesn't know I am speaking to him when I am right next to him, because the noise cancellation is so good!!!!
