These were delivered earlier than the eta. In perfect condition and work great. When they say “noise canceling” they really mean it! Best ear buds ive ever had

I love these headphones so much more than my AirPods. Apple really just doesn’t compare. I have the Bose connected to my Samsung tab my iPhone and my laptop all at once. So nice

If you want to sleep on your side, the bud tend to shut off. Good sound quality. Fast charging.

I bought two sets one for me and one for my wife. She has had no issues. I tend to only wear one at a time. So that I can hear my wife talking to me lol when we’re sitting next to each other. I believe this causes them to not be in sync. Going on 3 months I cannot get the right side to sync up. The magnets to the case do not work on the right side. This is my first bose earpods. I have always bought apple air pods and never had these issues. I also like the sounds from the apple air pods. So Im a little disappointed and wish that I had stuck with the apple airpods.

Finally a product that fit in my smaller ears!! I get the differnce size accessories you can install on othe types. Yet, they still fall out. This one is the one that true to what it says it does!!

Great quality, good base. Carrying case can be improved apon. Difficult to open without a slight lip, to open. To slippery when trying to open!!

I had a pair of Beats ear buds I used for 2+ years and forget them in a rental car. I went to Best Buy to purchase another pair and one of the employees convinced me to give these Bose a shot with a 2 week return frame. I wear these when working outside, it rained for the 2 weeks following so I didn't get a chance to use them until week 3. I had non stop issues with the left ear disconnecting, & randomly stopping playing. Called Bose and they sent a replacement pair. The replacement pair has the same exact issues plus more. The left ear continually disconnects or will play for a few seconds then stop, if I lean over both stop playing, any outside noise such as equipment running or strong wind creates an amplified static noise when using the noise cancel feature. I have done every update, reset, etc..
Bose will only offer a refund for up to 90 days if purchased directly from them so now I am starting the process to get another replacement pair. However, they did say that if pair #3 continues with the same issue they may consider a refund. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone.
