I had these for maybe 2 weeks and they were absolutely intolerable. They wouldn't power on and connect properly a lot of times and when they did...the left side just drops out completely. This blatant design flaw is bose just stealing money by selling you a product that they're fully aware lacks any actual real functionality.

I hate for this to be the first one. The earphones are unusuable. The in ear detection is either broken or absolutely garbage. Everytime i move my head the earphone disconnects and the audio dips out on one side or just pauses the audio. The Bose app allows you to turn off the in ear detection but dont get too excited because they made an app specifically for this product which they force you to use. Why? Because companies absolutely love doing things to make users extremely upset with no intention of fixing the issue. Again I do not leave reviews but these are unusuable.

In your case I would suggest to try the smaller size of era tips to ensure that the earbuds are correctly and comfortably seated in your ear.

I switched around all the tips and silicone that came with it, but nothing works. Also, you can't lie on your side, it pauses the sound (and no it's not a button function). I wanted to return them so badly, but I missed the short 15-day return window. The sound is great though!

Hoped to find the purple pair, which was available days earlier. Since I purchased from this location before it was a no brainer. When I arrived the black and the white set was left. Decided on the black when I asked about the military discount the GM assured me , he has been with Best Buy for over 8 years and they have NEVER offered a military discount. The gentleman that cash me out explained the GM was new to THIS location. Returned, purchased from bose directly.
