Best earbuds i ever had gotta admit that go for it

The in-ear earbuds is comfortable and the battery range is good

These Bose earbuds were a mess from the start. The Bluetooth connection to my phone kept dropping like it was allergic to stability. Tried to get a replacement — big mistake. Customer service was a black hole: slow, unhelpful, and somehow managed to make things more confusing. Bonus points for repeatedly trying to sign me up for marketing emails while not actually solving my problem.
As for the earbuds themselves? They’re huge. Not in a “wow, great sound” way — more like “are those hearing aids from the future?” The case is comically large and a pain to carry around. Honestly, if Bose spent half as much effort on quality control and customer support as they do on branding, these might’ve been worth it. Hard pass.
