Sound great, will not stay in your ears. Wanted them for the gym…if you do minimal movement while working out, these fall out. And when they fall out, they have a tendency to roll 12-15 feet away. I couldn’t make ie thru my warmup sets without them falling out multiple times. Don’t waste your time or money with these.

So shocked that Sony would beat out Bose, but it happened. These hurt my ears and the sound wasn’t that great either. Each person hears differently and for me, I need great noise cancelling, comfort, great sound, and no regrets.
These aren’t comfortable to me. I’ve ordered so many different ones and Sony beat them all. I had to return these. I hope you love them, I did not.

Was wearing these at the gym and either my hoodie or sweat kept changing the touch controls. Very annoying to have it on quite then all of a sudden the loud gym noise comes out of nowhere. Sound is good and pairing was easy but the constant touch controls changing is very annoying.

Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner. 3. Go to Settings > Shortcuts > Touch Controls. From there, you can toggle them on or off, or even set up voice control.

Replaced my QuietComfort Ultra ear buds with these. Harder to use, charge didn't last as long, often didn't charge in the case unless I really pressed down on the ear buds. They were less money, but not worth saving the difference. Go with the QuietComfort Ultra!

I love these earbuds! They fit so much better than Apple. Even the smallest ear piece for Apple felt like I was inserting a Lego into my ear. The sound cancelling is pure magic and being able to switch to aware was so perfect when it was needed to talk to someone or for safety.

Our eartips are available in three sizes: small, medium, and large. The medium size comes pre-installed on the earbuds. If they feel too small, we recommend trying the large size if they feel too big, the small size may be more suitable.

I like the headphones just wish the microphone was better. It's loud where I work and was hoping these to be the ones where I can be heard on the phone while talking.

Honestly, for the price of these things, they were actually pretty horrible. The noise cancellation was not consistent and will continually glitch. Also, they would continually drop audio from my phone. I tried looking things up on Google to help with these issues, turning on low latency, etc. to no avail. Never had this kind of issue with my Apple AirPods Pro and was really disappointed because I’ve always heard good things about Bose earbuds. I even tried hooking them up to my laptop to use for work and during meetings people would say I sounded like a tinny robot. Just an overall bad experience and I will not be looking to buy Bose ear pods again.
