I love these headphones so much more than my AirPods. Apple really just doesn’t compare. I have the Bose connected to my Samsung tab my iPhone and my laptop all at once. So nice

These earbuds are great. I thought they would completely block out the noise, but they don't. This is probably a good thing. I wore them on a recent plane ride and was very thankful to have them.

I had these headphones for 2 months before the case stopped working on me. When i put the headphones back in the case they wouldn’t disconnect from my phone so i had to constantly turn my Bluetooth on and off which was inconvenient for my other devices. If you are looking to get these, i would strongly suggest paying a little extra to get the warranty. Im glad i did. They were good headphones but for $150 they for sure need to last longer than 2 months

Very small , they don’t fall out they are easy to loose if you don’t keep up with them . Good for plane rides and things where your no doing a lot of nice mend

I had a pair of Beats ear buds I used for 2+ years and forget them in a rental car. I went to Best Buy to purchase another pair and one of the employees convinced me to give these Bose a shot with a 2 week return frame. I wear these when working outside, it rained for the 2 weeks following so I didn't get a chance to use them until week 3. I had non stop issues with the left ear disconnecting, & randomly stopping playing. Called Bose and they sent a replacement pair. The replacement pair has the same exact issues plus more. The left ear continually disconnects or will play for a few seconds then stop, if I lean over both stop playing, any outside noise such as equipment running or strong wind creates an amplified static noise when using the noise cancel feature. I have done every update, reset, etc..
Bose will only offer a refund for up to 90 days if purchased directly from them so now I am starting the process to get another replacement pair. However, they did say that if pair #3 continues with the same issue they may consider a refund. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone.
