Very disappointed. That’s why I gave a 3 star. The product is great. But the customer service SUCKS

I expected a slight difference in noise cancellation and sound quality--which I think there was--but the pairing/connectivity issues were really the reason these were not worth keeping. They are a decent option if you are looking for something more affordable within the Bose family... but I feel like there has to be a model under a different brand that skips over the pairing issues and has comparable sound in a similar price range. I will be going for to the QuietComfort Ultra (2nd gen) next.

To get the best feel, we recommend toggling between Quiet Mode (for full noise cancellation) and Aware Mode (to let in some of your surroundings).
