Bose has no Quality Control

I tried 3 times but didn't get lucky. They sound amazing when they stay connected. Headphone audio cuts out for a second every 60 minutes or so, even after upgrading firmware, clearing BT history & resetting devices did not help and either did customer support.

I tried the Galaxy Pro earbuds, but had to return them as they sounded like I was talking in a can. I've been using the Bose for about a month now for video calls on my laptop, and they sound great! They were super easy to pair on Bluetooth and they're easy to use.

I like the color as well, however the sound quality is only slightly above average. Bose make a compelling case with their ANC and multi-point.

Left earbud would not always connect and I would have to turn it off and on again, sometimes several times. It was really annoying to switch between modes (you cycle between noise canceling, aware, and off). Gestures overall are a bit clunky— either too sensitive or not sensitive enough. Not impressed, especially for the price. I ended up returning them two weeks later to get something better.

They fit great and didn’t fall out and didn’t hurt my ears but man the noise from the wind was so tough. Even with changing the setting to immersive or quite/aware mode. Nothing helped it. So unless you’re sitting inside wearing them don’t get these. You can’t use them outside at all unless maybe it’s a perfectly still sunny day.
