I brought this item cause I need something to lay down and watch things on my iPad it affordable price then when I went back on website they went down further so I call Best Buy to try to get a price adjustment and the girl said that I can not. Very disappointed. That’s why I gave a 3 star. The product is great. But the customer service SUCKS

Music quality is great, phone call quality is good. Staying connected is the biggest hurdle so far. Continuously dealing with headphones disconnecting on its own, and have issues at times connecting back. App has bugs it needs to fix.

Love that they block out all sound unless you want to be aware.
