I actually love these more than my AirPods but they are bulkier and can hurt when I wear them a long time

Wack! They always disconnect on me and wont connect back until i put it on the case for a few hours.waste of money

These earbuds are really amazing when it comes to noise cancelation. BUT when I am working out it is frustrating that they continue to attempt to connect to my phone by saying "ready to pair". When I am bending down to pick up the weights they start zoning in and out. Also they are not sweat proof and tend to slip out. There are worthy only for long walks if your only focusing on listening to music. It is impossible to carry out a phone converation while usuing them. They are super sensitive to touch, even small strands of my hair rubbing against them will cause them to act up.

This means they can handle light sweat or splashes, but too much exposure to moisture can affect their performance or cause damage.

really good spare for not being able to block out wind noise. it would also be nice if they came with all of the advertised features instead of sending them out in a future update.

Like many, many other reviews state...the left side won't stay connected. I had these for maybe 2 weeks and they were absolutely intolerable. They wouldn't power on and connect properly a lot of times and when they did...the left side just drops out completely. This blatant design flaw is bose just stealing money by selling you a product that they're fully aware lacks any actual real functionality.

I have never left a review in my life. I hate for this to be the first one. The earphones are unusuable. The in ear detection is either broken or absolutely garbage. Everytime i move my head the earphone disconnects and the audio dips out on one side or just pauses the audio.
The Bose app allows you to turn off the in ear detection but dont get too excited because they made an app specifically for this product which they force you to use. Why? Because companies absolutely love doing things to make users extremely upset with no intention of fixing the issue.
Again I do not leave reviews but these are unusuable.

I must say at the beginning of the review, this might not be accurate for everyone. I had difficulty getting the earphones to stay on. I tried to both return them and they wouldn’t help much at their website. I should say I never got to test the earphones. From what I did hear when they were working it seemed okay.

Bought them for my wife so we could talk hands free with each other never tried them persionally and not sure what the issue was but many times i could not hear what she was saying like they start cutting out and sounding muffled on my end not sure if its a compatibility issue with iphone or what but was really anoying and im going to be returning them
