Sound switches from right ear to left ear frequently. Will also drop out of quiet/noise canceling mode without warning. Battery life is average. Better off using one ear at a time. Best part about this product is the name seems to impress people.

Been a fan of Bose and owned several products but these came out bad, The battery drains even when not in use and device stays connected when they're in the case as well. They're super sensitive to touch and easily fall off.

The sound was what you expect of Bose. The call quality was quiet and I could barely hear anyone that called. And finally Idk if I have weird ears but after trying all the different sized ear adapters these just wouldn't stay in my ears. I was disappointed as I am a big fan of Bose.
It is great to see that you enjoy the sound of the earbuds. Make sure the volume for calls is turned up on the phone, as is generally a separate volume control. These buds do not stay in the ears. I switched around all the tips and silicone that came with it, but nothing works. Also, you can't lie on your side, it pauses the sound (and no it's not a button function). I wanted to return them so badly, but I missed the short 15-day return window. The sound is great though!

This purchase was for my daughter’s 22 birthday. Hoped to find the purple pair, which was available days earlier. Since I purchased from this location before it was a no brainer. When I arrived the black and the white set was left. Decided on the black when I asked about the military discount the GM assured me , he has been with Best Buy for over 8 years and they have NEVER offered a military discount. The gentleman that cash me out explained the GM was new to THIS location. Returned, purchased from bose directly.

Garbage magnets

Sound quality of earbuds themselves are great. However, after just about 3 months of having them the left earbud stopped magnetizing to the case and is now almost impossible to charge. Best Buy conveniently won't cover this issue despite having them for such a short period, so I'll have to go through Bose...

This is the 3rd quietcomfort in 3 weeks. Left earbud shuts off then 30 minutes listening both turn off. My wife has the same phone and earbuds no problems works great. She tried mine and same issue. Bose was my number one ear listening device.

I'm sorry to hear that your QuietComfort Earbuds are shutting off. If this is the third set of earbuds you've had in 3 weeks, then you might not be using the product as per its intended use. I would start by performing a simple reset of your earbuds, which is done by touching and holding each earbud for 15 seconds, until you hear a tone. The earbuds then power off; hold each earbud for 1 second to power them on, and then try again. These are quite possibly the worst Bose product on the market. Wont stay connected. Won't stay in ear when walking. Tried exchanging at Best buy for an upgrade. Nope was a couple days late on a ridiculous 15 day return policy. People are very busy these days. Getting to best buy was not top of the list with my work schedule. That being said done with best buy.

None of the ear tips will fit. The earbuds constantly falls out of my ears. They are not comfortable. I miss the return time. Do not buy these!!! Shame on Bose!!!

The product has an excellent quality in sound, but the microphone is terrible if you want it, just to listen to music is the best, in my case I need it to be able to talk and its quality of the microphone is pessimum.
