Weird Crackling Sound

I have had these for less than a month and they make a weird crackling sound when noise cancelling is activated, the main reason I purchased them. Nothing resolves, but through some research it looks like its not uncommon.

Sounds great but they die after 4 hours. I have other Bose products and never had this issue.

Poor earbuds compared to competition. Automatic change over didn't work well and the fit didn't work at all for me.

Original pair failed after 5 days. replacement pair seem OK. But voice command function turns off by itself. So far I liked my old Bose headphones much better, to lasted 4 years.

I’m kinda disappointed with them being Bose they are not very good earbuds

Hello, thanks for leaving your thoughts on the QC earbuds. I'm sorry to hear you experienced bad quality calls and issues with Bluetooth connectivity. Both of these problems can be attributed to poor signal between the smartphone and the buds. I recommend keeping the phone with you and within 10m/33ft when paired. This will help ensure a clear connection and consistent quality.

These ear buds say noiseless but i can still hear in background when having them on. Also i don't like the fact that when i remove the buds with placing them back in the dock, it does not automatically disconnect.
Hello, if you are still hearing external noise whilst wearing the earbuds, you may need to adjust your ear tip and stability band sizes. When using the correct size the ear tips will create a seal in your ear canal which will improve the noise cancellation. Regarding the earbuds not disconnenting when removing them after use. you will need to place both earbuds in the charging case and then close the case. The status light glows according to the earbuds battery level. The earbuds will disconnect from your device and power off.
