This set of headphones is definitely not the best Bose product I've ever had. They are difficult to connect to my tablet, and frequently drop the connection. The side buttons don't work well requiring harder and repeated taps to get them to respond. Answering calls is not possible because the speaker doesnt allow the other party to hear me. Pretty unhappy with this purchase.

Hands down the best headphones on the market. I personally bought a pair 6 years ago and still use them today and this year I purchased a pair for my wife.
