Very disappointed with these, the buttons were not intuitive at all and often times didn’t work at all. Plugging it into the device was the only way to get it to function properly. The Bluetooth was very buggy.

I love the look of the headphones but the sound quality wasn’t that great. Also, people couldn’t hear me when trying to talk on the phone while using the headphone's. I tried using the cord that came with it and it still didn’t work.
I'm glad you like the design of the QuietComfort Headphones! Don't forget you can adjust the basses, mids and trebles via the Equalizer in the Bose app. If people can't hear you on calls, try moving to a quieter environment or contact our support team for further assistance here: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US. Pretty loose on my head, it is comfortable but cannot be used for winter run
Thanks so much for your feedback! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the product overall. Bluetooth disconnections can happen due to several reasons, including being too far from the connected device, interference from other electronics, low battery levels, outdated software, or physical obstructions. Multiple active Bluetooth connections or background apps can also affect stability. Keeping devices close, updated, and free from interference usually helps improve connection reliability.
Hi Rolanda, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that the volume isn’t quite what you expected. We understand how important powerful sound is, and while the QuietComfort headphones are designed to deliver rich, balanced audio with strong noise cancellation, everyone’s expectations for loudness can vary.

Hi there, and thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) didn’t meet your expectations. The good news is that this feature can be adjusted through the Bose app, allowing you to fine-tune the level of noise cancellation to better suit your environment and preferences.
As for the headphones feeling warm, we understand that can be uncomfortable, especially in warmer climates or during extended use. This can happen with over-ear headphones due to the enclosed design, and while it's not entirely avoidable, taking short breaks can help.

It has been 20 days after purchase and the right side of the headphones has already had sound quality issues. Especially in Aware and Quiet mode. Super annoying and cannot fix. I’ve only used these a few times and I cannot even return!!! Opt in for the more expensive ones (even though these are 350).
I am glad to hear that you are happy with the sound quality of the QuietComfort Headphones, and sorry you are not enjoying their comfort.
Please make sure the ear cushions are correctly set on the each earcup, and if you need to replace them, please contact our customer support, so we can look into this with you: https://support.bose.com/s/get-help-landing-page?language=en_US Best regards, Lau - Bose Customer Support

Horrible Quality Control at Bose

This is the 3rd set of Bose headphones I've purchased. All 3 have been defective from the factory as they cut out sound for a second every hour or so. Update firmware, clear BT history, turn off multipoint, blah, blah.
Only Bose can fix these issues but they don't, they just give you the same futile steps and offer a refurb, which also will most likely be defective.
You also can't listen while charging - and battery power is required if using the optional wired connection.
Bose used to be a reputable company that made quality products - too bad the QC on these things are garbage. The sound is OK, but no more than 1 star can be given for headphones that cut out audio every 60 minutes. The experience is utter trash.
