I’m very happy with the purchase. However, the day I bought them at the Best Buy in Prescott Az I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to talk to a sales person because they were so understaffed

Took on a flight and it blocks out people talling and a lot of the airplane nose. Very good bass and easy set set up for app and bluetoothe connections. The battery life is amazing and charges very quick. Highly recommend.

Really good sound quality. Had some slight connectivity issues (the sound was glitching for the first few seconds after connecting to my phone).

So far, these Bose have good sound. Pairs great with my i-phone 13 and fire stick with a fairly weak internet.

I purcahsed another set of BOSE headphones. Unfortunately I had to purchase another pair because I grabbed my clothes and put them in the washer. Unfortunately my headphones got washed. I had to buy another pair. I love BOSE. This set wasn't as clear as my last. I dont know if I bought the next step down cause I was looking for the same headphones. I use them when Im in flight. Strangely when the airplane took off, I heard a lot of static going through my headphones from the airplane taking off. I never heard that before with my other headphones. . I don know how that happened. Perhaps it was the plane I dont know. But I still love BOSE.

Gift for husband, absolutely loves them. He is always listening to music and has had multiple different brands and styles of headphones/earbuds and these are his favorite!
