But this earbuds are just 1000/10 the features on the app to control the noise or be aware was something I was not expecting at all! I highly recommend this product! I’m in love with Bose brand!

I expected a slight difference in noise cancellation and sound quality--which I think there was--but the pairing/connectivity issues were really the reason these were not worth keeping. They are a decent option if you are looking for something more affordable within the Bose family... but I feel like there has to be a model under a different brand that skips over the pairing issues and has comparable sound in a similar price range. I will be going for to the QuietComfort Ultra (2nd gen) next.

Only real complaint is that sometimes I’ll “activate” a beeping noise. I don’t if know if cause it’s overheating or I did something but I usually have to put the earbuds away once I do.

To get the best feel, we recommend toggling between Quiet Mode (for full noise cancellation) and Aware Mode (to let in some of your surroundings). As for the connection issue, it may be due to the earbuds not being in proper pairing mode or other setup factors. They do what they say they are going to do maybe to well lol ! I’ve learned to have conversations by myself while talking to my significant other because when it goes on noise canceling you can’t hear anything! It is also wonderful when traveling on plane !Sleep without hearing anything lol !

Multi pairing works well while providing adequate noise cancelling and sound. My first concern was the case and construction overall seemed cheep but has held up with no issues.
