Even the smallest ear piece for Apple felt like I was inserting a Lego into my ear. The sound cancelling is pure magic and being able to switch to aware was so perfect when it was needed to talk to someone or for safety.

Also the fit was not great because the extra band would slide out of place. This meant that not only did they not fit correctly but it also kept that earbud from charging. After three weeks I tried to return them but found out the hard way that Best Buy only allows 2 weeks for a return so I’ve got a $180 paperweight with intermittent Bluetooth connectivity.

I had difficulty getting the earphones to stay on. I tried to both return them and they wouldn’t help much at their website. I should say I never got to test the earphones. From what I did hear when they were working it seemed okay.

BUT when I am working out it is frustrating that they continue to attempt to connect to my phone by saying "ready to pair". When I am bending down to pick up the weights they start zoning in and out. Also they are not sweat proof and tend to slip out. There are worthy only for long walks if your only focusing on listening to music. It is impossible to carry out a phone converation while usuing them. They are super sensitive to touch, even small strands of my hair rubbing against them will cause them to act up.

Will also drop out of quiet/noise canceling mode without warning. Battery life is average. Better off using one ear at a time. Best part about this product is the name seems to impress people.
