    Very Disappointing Product

Goods: sound quality, fit, and battery. Bads: the ear buds have a "feature" that automatically powers them off after a few minutes of remaining immobile (e.g. sleeping). This wouldn't be a big deal if you could disable this feature, but you can't. Bose has been saying they are going to fix this in a firmware update since March 2025 but they haven't. This is completely unacceptable for a product like this. The buds are also very sensitive to moisture. After working out in the yard about 3 months after I bought these some sweat must have gotten in them. Since then, the Aware and Noise Canceling modes are unusable due to an irritating popping noise.

They’re great for listening to music but not for Bluetooth phone use UNLESS you’re in a very quiet place so the person on the other end can hear you. Otherwise, they won’t hear you, UNLESS you’re one notch below yelling. AND, I Connor for the life of me, figure out how to end a call?! I can’t even find instructions ANYWHERE to tell me.

Hey AmanuelY, thanks for your feedback. Noise cancelling headphones to new users may naturally cause a slight sensation of pressure that you describe. Your ears adjust to experiencing the removal of low-frequency sounds.

If desired, we recommend testing out the different build-in modes of your buds, including "Aware" and "off" modes which enable you to hear your surroundings while enjoying your audio, and will create a different listening experience. Thanks!

    Solid Performance and Comfort

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are an excellent choice, delivering a great balance of sound quality, clear call performance, and effective noise cancellation. These are the perfect pair for everyday use, whether you're handling calls at the work or home office. Key Features and Convenience One of the major strengths of the QuietComfort model is the impressive battery life: you get a full 8 hours of power on a single charge. Combined with the convenience of wireless recharging, these earbuds make a fantastic and reliable companion for traveling. Bose has also ensured comfort and fit aren't overlooked. The quality of the materials is premium, and the ability to switch out the included silicone tips and stability bands means you can customize the fit so they sit properly and securely in your ears. Comparison Note It is worth noting that while the noise cancellation and volume are strong, they cannot quite compete with the top-tier performance of their newer counterpart, the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds. The Verdict: If you prioritize long battery life, superior comfort, and effective all-day performance without needing the absolute highest level of ANC on the market, the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds are a reliable, premium investment.

The first pair that I bought would only charge one ear, I returned them the next day for a replacement. The second pair worked for a few days and then wouldn't charge properly so I returned them. I found the instruction support not very helpful. I thought they would be great as I have their noise cancelling headphones which are awesome.

Hi Jayne, thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear about the charging issues you've experienced with your previous pairs. Sometimes, the connection between the earbuds and the charging case can be affected by certain factors, and when the stability band is not properly aligned, it can prevent the earbuds from charging as they should.
