These are the only in the ear headphones that will actually stay in your ear while vigorously working out. Also, they do not hurt your ears if worn for an extended period of time. As always with Bose, they sound great.

I bought these to listen to music on an airplane, and they fit the ear well enough to drown out airplane noise. Sound is AWESOME. Great bass and overall tone. Also love the little traveling case - the wires are slightly thicker than the iPod ear plugs, so they don't get easily tangled and wind up perfectly every time in the case. LOVE these buds!

These headphones are the standard that all headphones should aspire to. The fit is comfortable and I hardly know they are in my ear. I can probably wear them several hours before I need to give my ears a break. The sound quality is the best I've had for in-ear models. The microphone is perfect. Little background noise is communicated, although I've had people tell me wind and some background sounds can come through too much. The only thing that I can complain about is that after a year or so, the rubber breaks at the base exposing the inside wires. I've had 2 pairs and each pair has done this. I wish they would strengthen the connection point a bit more. HOwever, after a year, of constant use, I'm not surprised there is some wear seen.

If you are looking for some simple "gym" headphones, these are it. If you are looking for top-end "audiophile" headphones, keep looking, these aren't it. These headphones aren't really in-ears, as they kind of sit in the bowls of your ears and are held in place with small silicone wings. They do there job well enough, and I have never had them simple fall out. The sound is good, and seems to be boosted a little in the treble and bass areas to overcome gym noise and the fact that they do not seal in your ears. Speaking of that, since they do not seal you get a lot of the exterior sounds of the gym or wherever you are. That can be a good thing based on your activity where you need to know what's going on around you. The look pretty good and are well constructed. Again, these are good headphone as long as you understand their purpose. Good Shopping!

Excellent sound quality and good fit. Especially well worth the $40 price (pre-Black Friday price). Be aware this model does not have volume control. You adjust the volume on the device you're plugged in to.

The sound is clear and crisp. Bose always been low on the bass side so don't expect something great there but the sound is clear and crisp. They stay in my ears while working out without any issue. The only con is that they don't have buttons to skip or rewind tracks... why? Because Apple and android use different setup... so Bose offers one with controls for each device... why can't apple and android agree to one protocol?? This sucks coz if you get it for iPhone then switch to android, the volume buttons won't work but the skip button will still work I believe. Anyways, it stays in your ear and they sound clear and crisp like all Bose headphones do. All you have to do is make a workout play list and that's it.

I have owned over 20 or so different brands of headphones & earphones over the years and Bose has always been consistent for me. I also own the QC25's at the moment but purchased these on a black friday sale for 39.99+tax. It was too good a sale to pass up given I was in the market for some earphones, given that my QC25's aren't good for use while laying down or exercise. So far, these little earphones haven't dissapointed. Bose' audio products always have above average build quality in my experiences, and the soundsports are no different. The audio on these is solid. Not a ton of bass range but it's expected with this form factor. Perhaps the thing I have been the most impressed with is the comfortablity. Sometimes I forget I am even wearing these earphones. I would certianly recommend these earphones, if you can find them on sale.

Bose has really nailed the design from a comfort standpoint. Easy to wear these for a full day of skiing. Wish it had volume controls or a microphone for voice controls but you get what you pay for I guess.

Usually, I like my earbuds to fit inside of my ear canal in order to get a more full sound, better bass, and block out surrounding noise. These do not fit snugly in the ear canal at all, however, I was surprised at how well rounded the sound was despite this fact. Bass was a little muted, mids and highs were pretty good though. I have never heard a better sounding earbud that fit this loosely. On the up side, this looseness help keep you in tune with the sounds around you (traffic, coworkers stopping by your cube, etc.) As I mentioned, these buds sit somewhat loosely, but the little 'ear tag' rubber piece somehow helps it stay put. I have not used these while on the move or at the gym yet though, but don't think they would stay put given much motion, which is also the reason I gave this item 4 stars, instead of 5 stars.

My most important things for workout buds is fit, comfort and sound quality. These hit every mark. They were a perfect fit out of the box. They stay in place and sound great! Just what I was looking for.

Having always sampled the Bose headphones in the store I always knew I wanted a pair, but the cost has keep me from purchasing a pair. When I saw these on sale for Black Friday I knew this was in my price range to get a pair. The sound quality is amazing, and you get a carrying case to go with them. My friend also purchased a pair and really likes them. The only complaint I have is that these headphones don't have a microphone for taking calls or a remote. But because their Bose I can overlook that. If your debating about buying a pair you need to make the purchase.

I usually go through 4-5 sets of headphones a year since I am quite rough on them. These headphones not only sound fantastic, they are quite durable. I would definitely recommend to anyone who craves great sound, fair price and durability

Bought these for Christmas and there perfect. The sound quality is UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I totally recommend!!!!!!!. The only thing I wish is the cord was a little longer, but the earpiece fits in my ear comfortable and they don't fall out.

These headphones are the perfect workout companion! I run regularly and go to gym. For years, I would use the headphones that came with my phone. These Bose headphones do not disappoint! They stay in my ears even when I'm running (which is not something I can say about cheaper ear buds). The haven't shown any signs of wear from being subjected to sweat and the elements on a regular basis. My favorite thing about them is the audio quality. It's a much clearer, fuller sound than the headphones that came with my phone. I also take advantage of the audio controls to change the volume and pause my music on my runs. I bought these on sale for a great price and would highly recommend this product.
