These headsets are no different than the ones that come with a new phone purchase. You guys know what I'm talking about. Really disappointed, there is nothing phenomenal about the sound. They sound like the ones from Walmart or Target, the ones you get for like $15. How do people justify spending $100 on these? Better yet, say they are amazing and what they expect from BOSE? Your paying only for brand here, just the name. Nothing more. Save your money, I had high hopes for a $100 set of headphones. The only things I liked was that they stay in your ear during a workout, which almost any other headset can do with the right research that it will do that too. If you have money to burn for a very basic set of headphones donate to Bose...

When these first came out I bought them for my husband and they were great. When the prices went down, I bought them for my son and they worked great for about 3 months. Then suddenly the left side would not work. I had a warranty so I exchanged them but the exchanged cost me $50 because Best Buy doesn’t honor the sale price. They did not work out of the box and had to exchange them again but this time did not pay for another warranty because what’s the point. By the time I paid for another warranty I could have just bought a new pair. We’re on week 4 and guess what? No sound again. Back to Best Buy to return them, again...

I haven't yet found a way to keep these from falling out of my ear. The sound is average. Not what I expected of BOSE (1st time buyer). I thought they had some kind of phenomenal technology but that's probably only in the $300+ models. I should've returned these but the price wasn't worth the effort plus then I would've had to research a new ear-bud and that alone isn't worth the trouble as I only listen to music causally and not for extended periods of time. For this price there must've been better somewhere. My $30 Song earbuds sounded better and didn't fall out as much.

Bose removed the inline mic and volume controls. These are headphones only but you can't control volume or, more importantly, you can't answer the phone without using the actual phone. What runner or person working out wants to stop to do either. Bose sound quality and price doesn't justify the removal. Better to just use Apple headphones. Taking them back.

Bose has always been a leader in quality sound and they charge a premium for it. That's why I got excited when I saw the Black Friday deal on these headphones. Once I got them home and listened to some iTunes and Spotify for a while, I was severely disappointed. They have zero base. People like to rag on Beats headphones, but I would prefer Beats over these 10 times out of 10. Heck, the earbuds that come with the Iphone sound better. Basically, anything but these. Not only that, Bose couldn't bother to put a volume adjuster on the cord? And they have a very strange in-ear design which is not as big a deal as the sound, obviously. These carry a regular price tag of $100 which I guess is supposed to be a very low end, entry-level model for Bose. However, anyone whose first impression of Bose comes from these headphones, I'm certain will not be a future buyer. I'm not an "audiophile" as the kids say these days, but I am a person who loves good music and sound and I can tell the difference in what sounds good and what doesn't. These simply do not and I cannot give more than 1 star.

i have bose speakers for 6 channel sound and i love bose products but i really didn't think the quality of the sound was all that good with these earplugs additionally the design of the plug was really uncomfortable kind of hanging out of the ear with speaker not going fully into the ear i tried different sizes of the enclosed ear tips but they didn't fit the cord was short so it would limit your ability to use them with devices unless you have them very close to your body which wouldn't work for my use/biking/training/ etc overall the sound quality & discomfort were not what i would expect with a bose earphone product

The absolute worst headphones ever made. Too bulky, fall out of ur ears, can’t wear any sort of hat or hoodie on ur head because it knocks the buds out of ur ears. Do urself a favor don’t buy this junk

Not worth it at all, but these headphones for my daughter for Christmas they broke three times and Best Buy refunded the money because I bought the service plan.

I'm not sure why this item has so many good reviews! For starters, there is no volume control on the headset. In addition, people have a hard time hearing me when I call them. They can hear a bunch of background noise. Other times, they can't hear me at all. These are comparable to the EarPods that come with iPhone. I'm expecting "Bose" sound!!! I am extremely disappointed with these headphones.

they did not fit well in my ear and I kept feeling like they were going to fall out while Working out

Well - I wasn't expecting a headset sold on today's age, from a major, premium brand like Bose - sold with no Mic, it was not specified clearly on the add or web page, so purchase was returned due to that...

I bought this because of the name brand for quality. The sound is great, but only if you are pushing the buds into your ear and holding them. All three tips did not fit properly. I returned the item.

Hi Team, I am an Elite customer in Best Buy unfortunately my account got blocked key and was stuck in unavoidable situation of inability to return. In spite of product which doesn't match as per the cover picture. This has really disappointed me. All the services in Best Buy are good as per my expectations but this return restriction is hurting me with the confidence of buying new products. Coming on to the Bose speakers the cover picture shows volume controls but the actual product doesn't have the controls on it. No In-line microphone and control, so it doesn't lets you take calls and/or talk through it while plugged in your phone.

Note:I worked in broadcasting for many years and have some idea of what decent "cans" sound like. These earphones are no better than $20-25 Sony or JVC. The fit is weird, the audio quality is kind of tinny and I can't understand why a company like Bose would offer such. I expect much better from them. Disappointed.
