Bose gives quality as usual; however, I prefer the old model just a little bit, it is a bit heavier and has a better-built feel. My previous pair died due to the breakage where the wire meets the ear jack area.

Worth the cost especially if you have smaller ears and the iPhone ones do not fit properly. Only downside is they are not compatible with the new iPhone 7 - none are so you need the converter.

On each occasion the staff was extremely knowledgeable in terms of how to get the system to function at its best, e.g. types of cables, settings etc.
