Frustrating as I don’t always have the time to return an item so sometimes I end up just losing out. Worked great in day one but that is no longer the case unfortunately

These sound good but I would not say are particularly exceptional. The ear pieces don't fit "in" your ear so there is not much noise cancellation. I purchased because they are sport headphones. If they were about $25 less I'd have given them 5 stars.

However not impressed with the noise you can hear while they are in your ears with music. My husband has the tv on and I have to turn my volume in really high so I can't hear the tv. The sound is just okay. My iPhone 6 ear buds are way better.
