These earbuds would be much better if the bud fit more securely in your ear. Changing out the ear bud ends doesn't seem to help a whole lot. Seems to be mostly design flaw. Let's far too much outside noise by to make these worth the money. My Klipsch earbuds work much better.

But they fall off very easily- earbud sides too heavy.

Bought these headphones for running and had high expectations because come on, it's Bose. The sound was just ok, it probably would've been better if I could get them to stay in my ears. These are easily the most uncomfortable earphones I've ever used, and I've owned some great ones with this style before. They might work with other people but for me the discomfort just made these into an uncomfortable experience as a whole. Defintely not for me and DEFINTELY not for running.

I have used some version of this Bose Earbud for the past 7 years or so and am completely enamored of the detailed sound quality and the comfortable fit. I use these earbuds constantly and also use them every night to go to sleep with. The comfort makes using them for sleeping or nodding off wonderful as you get virtually no pressure on the ear if you lay your ear on a pillow. One drawback - I have worn out the volume control or the main plug with each pair due to my constant use - and in one case accidental abuse when I got one pair caught in the door of my car as I was exiting. They were basically crushed - but because I paid the $14 for Best Buys 2 year - no matter what warranty, they were replaced every time with not a bit of trouble by Best Buy. Right there is a great buying reason since earbuds by any company will die on you if you use them enough. It's simple stress fatigue and for the price of the warranty, I have been 100% pleased with these unit. And for what it's worth, I know sound pretty well as I have spent time in recording studios and also own a pair of Altec Lansing Studio Monitor over the ear headphones. The Bose won't blow your brain out with bass but will deliver a fine articulated bass sound that isn't muddy. To me that's far more important.

I used to have exact model of headset before, purchased couple of years before so I have compared both on this same music track and unfortunately I had to return the item, The quality is not better than any $10-$15 random headset. The orginal headsets were outstanding, Maybe they have changed the source and it is not original brand anymore... not sure. But save your time and money and don't buy this piece of ....

They were difficult to fit in my ears and didn’t stay in at all. I’m sure they are a good product, if you can get them to fit. Just not for me. I immediately returned them.

Got them to work out at the gym and they sound ok. Bought me the Panasonic headphones fo $10 and they sound probably better then this bose headset. Save your money. This not the first time I buy bose but this headset not worth $180

Bose always makes good sound equipment and they do sound good but I could not get them to stay in my ear with either set of ears fittings

I was very dissatisifed with this purchase since the earphones were not present in the packaging and Best Buy would not honor the purchase. I saw the cashier take the packaging out of the theft-proof case and all I can surmise is that someone along the way to that box had removed just the headphones. They were not in the box when we opened it at home. Customer Service at Best Buy would not do anything to make this purchase right and now I am out $160 (including the insurance which they would not refund). Not sure what course of action I will take but this is entirely unacceptable.

I was very disappointed in the quality of these headphones. I've always associated BOSE with high quality, but my experience with this particular set of earbuds leads me to believe that this may just be good marketing and not fact. As a professional musician, it is all about the audio. Yes, I knew this was low tier for their products, but I've honestly gotten better audio from dollar store purchases given to my kids. That's exactly where these went. My son won't even use them. Live up to your reputation please BOSE.

These are not worth the money. I anticipated what they would be like and was utterly disappointed in their performance. Go buy a $20 pair and leave these at the store.

Great sound but if you are moving around or working out, there is a continuous clicking sound from the wire.

sound isn't that clean. probably because it doesn't fit in my ears that well even with the additional pieces. overpriced for this product.

Tried to save some money by buying these refurbished . 6 months later a piece came apart from the earpiece. Next time I’ll by new.

I bought this to use at the gym and also for inside a motorcycle helmet. It does the job without being in the way. The microphone doesnt work though, maybe I got a dud.

Sound is excellent as they are Bose, but the comfort of the war buds are bad I returned them due to the comfort

I love to listen to music while jogging and working out. I've always used wired earbuds where the wire would get in the way or the earpiece

I buy this earphone in March, but the microphone doesn't work any more, I can't use this earphone to talk with others because they can't hear me...
