    I love Bose products and has owned the exact ones 6 years. This is my second purchase in less than two weeks. The first pair, the volume button did not work. I returned it for a second pair. This pair, the right side not not work. Will try again.

    I purchased these as a cheap, go between for time when I didnt have my higher quality earbuds. They were returned quickly as the sound was terrible, no balance and they were extremely uncomfortable after about ten minutes of use. In this case Bose definitely blows .

    I just bought these for my sister for her birthday to use at the gym. I knew she was not into the wireless ones because they still look bulky to me. She loves these!! She told me that the other ones that she had been using gave her a headache and hurt her ears as they went all the way in. She loves the way these feel and sound. Way Superior! We are very close and she would never lie to me rather tell she would exchange especially being that these are just about $100. She showed me the little case today while we were out shopping and it's nice and compact. She also put one in her ear to show me how it was so much more comfortable. I'm happy she's happy! And just to add one note; she has everything and is very hard to buy for. Worth every penny! Thank you!

    So part of this was my fault, I purchased it realizing I needed an adapter, but I got the adapter and at half volume it was crackling constantly to which I attribute to just being flat out defective. I returned them as soon as I could!

    Bought these to watch a movie on a flight. Couldn't hear anything due to the ambient noise. They do not seal in your ear cavity so whatever noise is around, you will hear. Returned them.

    Great for running and general everyday use

    I got this for my girlfriend for Christmas and she loves it. There are multiple earpiece sizes and they are comfortable and non-abrasive. My girlfriend can run in them for miles and they don't fall out the ear at all or hurt her after an extended period of time. She also uses them around the house when streaming videos because she enjoys the audio quality in general.

    The quality on these headphones is horrendous. I've bought them many times and they continue to break. Finally I settled on a pair of Sony headphones that have lasted much longer.

    Took these back after 1 day, although clear sound, not enough Base, very tinny sounding, my stock iPhone earbuds are better!

    This particular color was on sale for Christmas, I wonder if the reason was poor quality? My husband (recipient) has not been pleased with these. Poor fit and scratchy sound.

    These earbuds are terrible quality. cheaply made uncomfortable and hardly any bass. If loud ear piercing treble is your thing then these are your headphones.

      We're sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the quality of this product.
      Normally we would recommend that you visit a Bose store and trial our products to ensure that you're happy with the sound quality, comfort and style of our headphones prior to purchasing these to ensure that you're happy with this.
      As for the low-bass you've experienced here, we would have recommended that you try and adjust the bass/treble controls on your source to balance these to a level of bass you're happy and comfortable with.

    Item was on sale and grabbed it. The sound for a Bose brand is a lacking. Left ear went dead within 6 months and that’s with out heavy use.
