They broke twice so decided to give the Bose version a shot. The sound quality is so much better. However, I find myself adjusting them more often because they are not as secure in the ear. Maybe I need to switch to a smaller ear piece. I still prefer them to the beats because of the sound quality.

Had high hopes!

And these kept coming up as a top pair. So when the went on sale, I bit the bullet and bought them. The sound on these were really great! Easy to use, easy to pair and easy to charge. But they just were super uncomfortable in my ears. I tired all the different ear tips, and within an hour or so, my ears were red with discomfort. Also, the battery life isn't that great. I bought these with the anticipation of using them in my office & traveling later this year. They barely lasted 4 hours with the volume on a lower level. I ended up returning these for those two reasons.

Posted .Hey Jessica, I am glad to hear that you enjoyed so many aspects of the earbuds, including the sound quality and ease of use. It's a shame that you had some discomfort when wearing the earbuds, along with short battery life.
Did you try out the different size ear tips? This plays a key role in making the earbuds as comfortable as possible.
Regarding the battery life, you should be able to get up to 6 hours. How did you charge them? It's important to only charge them using the power specifications required. We do not recommend using any fast chargers with these earbuds. Additionally, ensure that the latest firmware is installed by going to https://btu.bose.com on a computer. Great sound

Unfortunately now the battery does not last that long anymore. This is Jun2022 and it was bought in Dec 2020. Overall it would be great if battery could last longer.

I used ones that came with the headphones (medium), and found he smallest ones were more comfortable. I initially thought the headphones were defective since I was told I should be able to use them right out of the box; however, they needed to be charged before the first use.
